9 mew partners in 9 areas30 Sep 2018 19:44
So 9 new partners selling Toople's services include specialist telecoms resellers, utility, chip and pin, fuel, energy and mobile providers to SMEs based in 9 areas in Birmingham, Blackpool, Bolton, Bradford, Leicester, Norwich, Oxfordshire, Sheffield and Havant
So we have just 1 new partner in each area. Let us take one of them fuel - I have not found out which petrol garage is now classed as a partner in which area? Let us assume it in in Edgbaston in Birmingham. So people attending that garage and are also SME’s can be resold Toop services who attend that garage only - so doesn’t cover all Birmingham and doesn’t cover the other 8 areas of the country. What percentage of those attending will be an SME? 0.5%? So 1 in 200 and they also have to take this up.
Each area will have one small partner in its own area that will not be sold to other SME’s in other areas. Now what revenue will this generate to Toop? £100k - they will be lucky
So let’s be generous and call it £50k revenue (personally be surprised is £10k revenue was generated). With the cost of the services required at a 15% profit (tops) means £6.5k profit less partners share - so operating profit is breakeven probably and not even helping recover the £1.5m admin costs
Brought this up before but no responses. What do people expect from these partners? They can have as many as they wish but still will not generate any profit
