So the BOD took their fees in shares except the CEO - the man at the top running the company, knows the industry and been there since the IPO - but he decided to take cash instead of shares. Explains even more to me.

Well I was fortunate and never made a loss in Coms but many did and probably why they are on here as this business has been tried a few times very unsuccessfully.

But these big companies who have listened to Andy Hollingworth and continued to invest more money to keep their percentage holding in the company must be very annoyed. Confirmation this afternoon for those that did not read the admission document, that even Andy Hollingworth didn’t believe his own rubbish and did not get involved with the placing that will multibag - what have I seen? 10x

Now bearing in mind, if I was the CEO and could see it bagging, let alone multibagging, why did Andy Hollingworth not invest all his spare cash? No need to answer that, it is obvious.

No problem with people trading this but I hope a few listen that see this as an investment. There are hundreds of opportunities elsewhere

But at least one big company Trium Capital Managers Limited felt it unwise to add more money to this dross

Think atrium may have a bit more knowledge than the other 2. So now who do you follow? The one with the brains that did not wish to lose any more money? I know which which one I would follow!!

Oh yes I remember on Coms an institutional investor Helium Rising Star Fund invested in this pretty much exact business at 7p

Bearing in mind as these funds invest for big returns and follow the money, Coms went down from 7p to 0.35p, a loss of 95%

Looks like these funds have fallen for the rubbish the BOD have sold to them - another big company again makes a mistake. They were just hold8ng their percentage instead of being diluted as kitkateat has pointed out

By the way - our previous share is still on my watchlist but for different reasons - see a good trade coming in the next month or so. Investing in that disappeared in June 17 after the results

If you do dummy trades you know which are buys and sells - I do this in every share I invest in so I understand what is happening. May be you try it

You should know damn well that these figures from LSE ar3 not accurate. I have not been doing dummies but it is clear fr9m looking at the trades below 0.84p are all sells even though they are showing as blue like the 0.831 trades.

And forget the broker issue - more rubbish when you look at the trading

Hopefully this helps you recognise these items in the future

But delboy - these figures for buys and sells are automatic and show as a buy when actually it is a sell.
All the trades showing as buys at 0.83 are actually sells, the buys are at 0.84 upwards.

But too many sells has pushed the sells as red now

But theses figures you are quoting are complete rubbish

Only in for a quick ride even if it is just a day trade - do not think Babbler will ever consider this a long term hold but a very very short term trade

Sure if things were not happening how he liked, he may even take a small hit - but sure he will be happy with 10-20% which he may well achieve

The CEO AH had 28.5% holding 2 years ago and now has less than 3% through his own inability which forced shares to be diluted from 100m to 954m - great work eh!!

And what di he transfer into his ISA - oh yes 2,250,000 which as you say he lost 25% but bought back in his ISA valued at £8888 - WOW. And he needs 0.053p just to break even. If you believe that is a positive then god help you.

Fully understand people trying to trade it who really have no interest in the fundamentals but using chart analysis only imo. Personally I work with both together and for me the fundamentals are terrible here. So I wouldn’t even trade this but some will.

And then I look at the investors of which many have not read the Admission document which obviously becomes clear. I remember when I was so naive but learnt many lessons since. Still make the odd mistake but don’t we all
