I’m not arguing they will get a JV or upfront buy in costs. But in my view, they still need further funding for their other projects and large administrative expenses of £400k.

Yes it has been brought down from around £575k per month for the administrative costs but in my view, they need funding to cover them for the next 12 months. The Nitrogen Kansas Project alone and any funding for it will not be suitable on its own.

Would be much more comfortable for Highlands to raise £3m soon to give a good funding base. Clearly I am on my own here but it would resolve a lot of concerns in my view. Clearly the market is uncertain or else the SP would not be here. At least a final fundraise would resolve this and create a good base for the future of the company as well as the SP.

With funds running low and a delay in the ED project funds are required to cover the overheads let alone the multiple projects they are trying to bring into production. Difficult times resourcing funding at the moment but sure it will happen soon before the end of November. 👀”

Just weird how those that do criticise fall in love with a share. Wherever I invest, I always take a 30% stop loss and stick to it. If it gets there, there is a reason why.

18.56p having bought at an average of 11.3p - missed some opportunities but plenty elsewhere.

You’ll have the biggest red face HopefulDave - generally looking at just the brighter side but ignoring the obvious and continue to keep mislead others in my view. But we all have a choice and a view.

I only posted this morning as a few thought I had invested as I had not posted and achieved my goal. I am not posting to achieve anything but had to clear the air that I currently am not in.

But this board is full of bullish views and never even think about any bearish views.

Highlands have lost money for years and will be loss making this year even after selling their 49.5% stake in ED. Without any further progress in other projects, they will still lose money next year even with 6 additional wells in ED. So who would lend Highlands money? The couldn’t get a good deal on ED so I cannot see it will change while the company is still loss making.

From the placing in September, £225k were rolled over by pi’s, which is 75m shares.

These will either have to be settled, rolled over or sold in the next few days - if many feel they have to sell, then pressure will be put on the SP as not many buyers around. If the SP drops, this will put more pressure on the placees who have yet to make that decision.

You never know though, a useless and pointless update may be issued by the company showing a further 100 new customers when thousands are required. Having said that, the last one didn’t have any movement on the SP. May be many are realising what a POS this is

I am not disputing Kansas will be a good project at all. My point is, the revenue generated over the short term will not cover the overheads or the costs to get there.

My view is the cash balance is too low and funds are required for future projects whatever. Time has run out.

If you saw my post from yesterday saying that if good funds were in the bank, this would generate a base to progress from including the SP. But in my view, they need at least £3m to progress their projects even though ED will provide a great revenue starting at $600k for the first month

JJAL - no one expected funds at that time - I got hammered on here and twitter for my views.

They all believed that the third party funding and cash in the bank, Highlands had enough cash. They also thought that the revenue from these 2 wells will funds wells 3 & 4 and so on. Total rubbish spouted off in my view

The 2 that most listen to are HopefulDave and Fadec on here.

Both have over this week said no funds are required and no placing is required - but I say definitely one is required. So do as HopefulDave has said basically and ignore me - preducted on 24th July when the SP was 25p the day of the finals and emphasised it in August.

And funny enough, I predicted the same last November for a £3 placing as not enough funds for ED first 2 wells. Oh and just after they raised that figure. Amasing how a cashflow forecast helps you identify this.

I may post bullish views on twitter that are an investment - trading stocks I do not - so keep watching HD - you’ll never see it.

You are too positive here, which bearing in mind you have a lot invested, you do not seem to understand the opposite view. I follow your points and one by one, they are less likely than mine.

With regard to water purification and Helios well 22-16 I think, what a load of rubbish - not going to make HNR loads - I agree the principle is right, but revenue, not that much.

You are quite right HopefulDave - the company wouldn’t be where they are now as ED wouldn’t have progressed. Think I may have explained that as they had no funds for the first 2 wells.

I saw JJAL’s question earlier and didn’t want to answer it but bearing in mind you have asked, I have not invested yet, will not invest until after the placing. I have pointed this out a few times but clearly point it out again.

My buy in was 17.3p which was reduced at least 3 months ago to 14p but in the meantime, it is clear to me that there are no monies left without a good instant revenue stream, especially now due to the delay in ED.

I preducted a placing would be required this year on 24th July and re-emphasised it in August and also to some high investors.

I will not be pushing HNR if/when I buy in as it will be just a trade - based on my charts that seem clearly the right way up 🤣

Do not believe exactly what is written in an RNS - sometimes the company has to save face and cover up the odd things they messed up on which is fine. But you seem to believe everything that is written. Just remember, although they have to follow regulations, they do not have a Nomad slam sure a few things are printed which show the optimistic view

JJAL - the price to raise these funds was for 11,394,616 shares for a single investor when only 104,659,065 were in issue. This was a percentage of nearly 9.83%. Clearly done with the likes of PrimaryBid or someone equivalent and forward sold them I the 30s before the announcement.

The BOD are very familiar with raising money with the 3 tranches of DT warrants, this nearly £3m net fundraiser and in my view, another one coming.

I think the point of not getting the nearly £3m net at 30p, Highlands did not have the funds to drill wells 1 & 2. This was predicted in advance of the raise because they were a few million pound short. No one seemed to agree but clearly it was inevitable.

So I beg to differ - this had sod all to do with Kansas or WD and if it wasn’t raised, the end was nigh for Highlands as ED could not have progressed. Was predicted in advance they didn’t have the funds for the first 2 drills and raised the required funds within a week of the comment. Good job really.

So I would look at the forward predictions in advance as the trading over the last 3 months since the finals and especially the trading from today, a few may be looking like their views were slightly wrong.

This has been identical for months since the results were out in July.

Clearly today a sell order being worked, the same as yesterday where every buy, the buying price got reduced and you couldn’t sell. Then the sell came through for 74,080 below the bid.
