Yes weird - just a little bit of analysis tells you what is happening. In my opinion, yesterday’s trades show

Buys 2.563m
Sells 16.678m

At the close the maximum sell volume was 100k where you could buy more than 3m at the mid point of 0.255p

Fully expect next week that the sells will continue putting even more pressure on the SP as it approaches 0.2p and will probably continue to Scully’s 0.18p and beyond

Wouldn’t class that as a buy - probably a worked sell over days

Reason being you can hardly sell much at 0.25p - just 300k o& shares. Will drop Monday if it doesn’t see any more sells today

Pointless selling here in my view lloydiee - will push higher in due course once good news comes out.

Personally as you know, I feel this will go lower still but wouldn’t take the risk if invested - would have been much safer weeks ago and bought back lower but hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Just stay calm and wait for the turnaround - it will come I am sure

With funds running low and a delay in the ED project funds are required to cover the overheads let alone the multiple projects they are trying to bring into production. Difficult times resourcing funding at the moment but sure it will happen soon before the end of November. 👀”

On the 24th July when the SP was 25p I said teens were coming. Didn’t take long to appear. But the teens will be gone soon enough and nearly did last week when it went into the 13s - nearly there but will not be long until it does

Well the MCap was actually £1m at 8am on the IPO day.

I bought firstly around this price a few days after and topped up a few months later at 9.5 to 9.7p. The MCap is the SP x shares in issue.

So in since March 2015, in 43 months the share price is pretty much where it was just after IPO. So although the MCap is higher which is what people look at at valuing a company, it is not the shares in issue that is of any real concern on its own.

So yes the MCap is higher but for long term shareholders, they are not any more prosperous purely due to dilution

With regard to the number of shares in issue is irrelevant. It is the value of the company which is the MCap that is important.

Shares issued at IPO was 20m - now after several dilutions there are now 116m - so RP had 60% and diluted himself to only owning 10.34% 🤣

RP confirmed that the 6 wells from ED will initially be in excess of $600k for the first month which declines at a reasonable rate month by month.

I am not disputing your figures - wasn’t where I am looking and I haven’t forgotten about ED even though delayed.

Personally, I think bringing Nitrogen into production will take longer than anticipated, will not be quite as profitable as you think and something as always gets in the way. And therefore my view is we need a financial base. Personally, I am not comfortable financially where Highlands are and since the tweet back on July 24th, the market has agreed.

Funding in my view needs to be sorted - you and 95% think it is - I am in the 5% though. Time will tell.

I have no problem with an upfront cost as part of the JV but I think you may think of a much larger figure than me. But I am looking at Highlands overall where I think funds need to be spent like DTU, CO2, WD and various consultants etc. If I am honest, I think £400k per month is optimistic but all I can do is take figures presented from the accounts and those words from RP where these have been reduced by 30% three months later which equates to £401k per month. This is not a figure made up but exactly how it is written into the accounts due to True taking over ED

I have never disagreed with that point in isolation. If you read my post at 17.35 on Monday I said

“Having already looked at the potential of a cash upfront payment for Kansas, I still do not feel that the cost of production or the benefit to Highlands again will cover the expenditure.”

I also pointed out on the 14th

“My main point back then was a placing coming in my view. All I specified it will be linked to the Kansas Nitrogen Project to at least justify the placing as the shareholders approved the potential placing at the recent AGM.

A little surprised that some think a placing isn’t coming - it has been well advertised in my view by the company. Why else would they ask shareholders for approval to issue 29.5m shares.”

On the 12th I mention

“You and Fadec can waffle on about Kansas to your hearts content. I have no problem that it is cheap to get into production but there is still a cost to it, monies in my view the company does not have. This is not knew to you as I have identified the cash position here and when it will run out since the True deal. Some of my thoughts have been on twitter as you well know.

If HNR get a cash injection to progress this project and enough not to get further monies from the market as they are pretty much skint, then yes although I will be gobsmacked, my analysis will be wrong. But until then......”

And I repeat, until then.......I still feel funding is on its way
