Tiziana (Tils) IPO'd and they were not profitable Bella, and still aren't (far from it); they are in trials too. Virtually no news from them for 2 years (3years?) after lots of 'fireside chats' to get the SP up before they left. They are often out of compliance with Nas rules these days and still waiting for FDA Orphan status.

I should have sold them – TILS –  in the UK and bought back on the Nas.

Why would they go to the Nas if not to raise money?

I'm assuming that if it was an outright and irredeemable fail, we'd have been told.

So there must be some discussion on what needs to be done to get it accepted and they heard back within 90 days, just we haven't been told.

Just bought back in my ISA after selling up my Fund and Share account holding a few weeks ago. Have a few more shares now too.

Have mixed feelings on spending my cash here but I've stuck to my original plan this time, which is something.

At the recent Q&A I asked a question regarding licensing AVA6K to animal chemo company immediately, letting them do all the testing / trials etc but getting an income stream. I hope they at least read the question themselves. I wasn't expecting an answer. Animal chemo is a huge market.

That's at least two of us. Hopefully they will look for patterns..

I just received an RNS about another company I have a (quite small) holding in (I wish it were bigger now.) Still, it shows what can happen when there's genuine interest:

There must be a discussion with the FDA (if they respected the 90 day rule) but if it were a straight 'pass' we'd have heard. Must be some sort of queries.

2027 gives more time to buy more AVCT at low levels before blast off, if that's what you believe will happen.

What's the difference between AVCT and all these phase 1 companies that get bought for £Bs that Hurst is happy to tell us about? Do BP know more about those companies P1 trials than they do about AVA6K despite all the data so far?

Management tell us what suits them to say, we know that from bitter experience. The other side of the coin is that she could be 'just saying' AVCT isn't for sale (on the cheap) in the near term. It's high stakes poker for CC so I'd hardly be surprised at anything that happens. She was definitely enthusiastic when talking about the October pipeline announcements (over-acting I thought TBH) and science day so I hope the SP will stay towards then.

I actually thought she has a very good voice for the presentation though the scripted part was obvious. There was a lot of info to get across so scripted is fine and better than forgetting something crucial.

GSA have played it very well but even they must be regretting reducing their short in July. Who'd have thought they'd get these prices again. Maybe they actually will close now.

Wyn, its got to be Watching2 – who has no other powers – who leads the reporting of your posts (and Touk's too). He even celebrates after a deletion.

I reckon Watching2 must have a couple of sleeper accounts so he can complain several times in just a minute; my last post lasted less than 5 minutes. It would be hard to organise that unless just a single person..

How do you sell something for less than it's worth? Be in a position where you have to sell it at all costs, and quickly.

How do you sell something for a top dollar price? Make out that it's not for sale, but might be in the future.
