I do hear what you say about traders if they are malicious but no one can 'buck the market' so I'd rather read the view than have it deleted. Obviously people will trust and distrust others' motives but no poster here is going to be able to move the SP. Even with Myles McN, people have more or less seen that he gets SP movements spectacularly wrong (and I would defo question his motives at times) though he writes and researches very well – and his following and shareholding is huge isn't it?

It's weird isn't it. I can only think that the market is prepared to keep money elsewhere for the moment knowing that there'll be plenty of time to buy nearer 'the time' later. Why rush to the airport for a flight 12 hours early? stay on the beach and arrive two hours before the flight.. Doesn't mean the flight won't happen.

I have, for an experiment, been trading elsewhere. I actually have got to the £5.95 price band this month on HL! It's going ok for the moment. I'm checking RSI and generally only go a bit before I should, both directions. I'm in profit. Makes a change :)

Personally I think CC will want to make a buck on the sale of DX, over and above what was paid for it.

Who on this board tells their spouse with pride they bought share' XYZ' for 105p and just sold for .. 95p? (even if the proceeds then go into AVCT).

Perhaps wishful thinking on my part but also perhaps why it's taking its time to sell DX. DX is a growth industry; someone will want it keenly, and if AVCT wasn't so strapped for cash..

TLSA must be hoping / expecting the SP to remain around $0.95 otherwise they risk not getting the remaining $5m investment.

Perhaps Orphan result within 75 days then, and positive news anticipated?

If it isn't a *signed* deal then buyer could walk away or try to renegotiate. By then the money has left the bank acc. and AVCT is in a worse position in negotiations?
