I've never been invested in a company that ditches the FTSE for the NYSE, but it looks increasingly likely here, can anyone explain the process for the ordinary Joe shareholder?

Nailed it. I can see over 75% of shareholders voting for a US listing. Ocado will receive a strong valuation on the NASDAQ. UK is too focused on the retail side of the business.

The FTSE is not valuing these companies fairly. It’s time to move the listing to the US. This is a tech company better suited to the NASDAQ. Market leading AI valued at peanuts on the failing FTSE.

That's a 15 minute chart. Most of us investors don't care about these short term moves. Long term hold.

Who would want to go into partnership with Ocado? Kroger, largest supermarket in the US, AEON, one of Asia's largest retailers, Coles, leading grocery store in Australia...and many more. They are also now expanding into non grocery, having signed a deal with a major pharmaceutical company.

Once Ocado really ramp up the non grocery contracts we'll looking at all time me highs again mid term. It's a hold. Don't be spooked by the short term chart predictions on here. They always lean towards the negative, even when it went from 500-1000p within a few weeks not so long ago. Hold.

More reason if it were needed for Ocado to switch to a US NASDAQ listing. They will properly value the AI tech.

Great, I believe they are in talks with Nike and others to deploy their tech.

Take whatever he says with a huge pinch of salt. Zak Mir predicted "17p by the Summer" when it was 4p in April 2021. I won't be relying on his advice.

Ocado will receive a fairer valuation for their market leading AI tech if they ditch the failing FTSE and move over to the NASDAQ. Also the major market for Ocado is the US going forward so it makes sense. Nothing will be achieved remaining on the failing FTSE, bar perhaps a cheap takeover which never seen a few succumb to recently.

Don't trust how the trades are reported here, as it's more likely the buys are sells and vice versa. You might assume it's all manipulated to mislead the private investor...

Question at this point has to be Is the Kroger exclusivity deal in Ocado's best interests?

Couple of days after positive results and investors presentation. This always happens, sp drops artificially for the big institutions to load up. Probably shorters working on their behalf. Back over £6 in no time. Ocado is geared for huge growth in 2025 with the pharmaceutical deal and more non grocery deals tba. Market leading tech.

The price was intentionally dropped so an institutional investor could load up.
