We are not generating any of our own, so it's got to come from somewhere, the fact that it's at more than 1p over the current bid shows that someone knows what the value will be shortly, soon , imminently.

Six odd months ago that we would have interests in Botswana and then in Mozambique, who would have thought that Kibo Mining would become Kibo Energy, who would have thought that all the mining assets would be ringfenced into Katoro. It's becoming quite evident that LC has a clear strategic vision for the company and has done so for many years. Therefore with reference to the new mining licence for COAL in what appears to laymen to be in an odd location, I am quite confident is for a specific reason and I'm sure we will find out in good time.
I'm quite satisfied and confident in LC's abilities to deliver the companies goals and will wait for the news when It's good and ready for release.

WTF are you on about, within 2 weeks of the19th July, all additional documents as requested by the MEM on the 13th July will be submitted by Kibo and then the SML will be reviewed... or something along those line from memory .
So where's the latest failure to announce anything is close.
Sounds like an announcement to me that something pretty significant is very close, and will only be late when 2 weeks has lapsed from the 19th.

As ever, the fine details are not discussed and at this stage I wouldn't expect them to be. No business would reveal the cards in their hand, I definitely wouldn't play poker with LC.
What interests me, is this share has been dormant for years now, the co is clearly building its arsenal very much under the radar and the market will have no idea how to value this on D Day, I reckon it could open up way in excess of what anyone would expect. JMO

i'm reading it again now, the key words are "Equity investments will provide KIBO with the funds necessary to fulfil ITS capital requirements" and " Sepco has committed to an initial DIRECT equity investment of between 10-15% of KIBO's issued share capital". Now unless that is all b****cks and blatant lies, it's KIBO and not in SPV.
But i particularly like the bit that says " Sepco 111 has the right to become the sole bidder for the EPC contract in respect of ALL kibo's existing ( x3 ) and future projects anywhere in the WORLD. Now why would it say that? I wonder?
