Kibo are the key that opens the door to Africa for both Sepco/China and GE, so categorically NO, Kibo is not fooked without China. Trust me, China needs Africa more than the other way round and Kibo will facilitate that.

We might find today was necessary, the game has changed with SEPCO, We may find that the 3 million US is spoken for and this was a way to save a further placing to pay Sands, but this time it was at a premium ( sort of ish) as opposed to a discount were we to go cap in hand again.

And you are welcome to have your own opinion on the matter, and that is all it is, you are privy to no more information than anyone else and you always put a negative slant on it anyway.
Anyway, we shall see what the future brings and then we can all jump up and down and congratulate everyone on being right or wrong, but in the meantime I for one are contented to have faith in my investment decision.
