Typical press slant on things , the word sell evokes negativity, the correct word is equity. I don't think anyone would expect SEPCO or GE or anyone else to gift millions for free. And I don't think anyone here expects kibo to carry 75% ownership going forward. I wouldn't be surprised at SEPCO and GE taking 25% each and Kibo retaining +/- 25%, which I believe is roughly what has been suggested for a long time now

We've always been of the opinion that 1 pound is possible, but the company has changed so many times of the past 4 plus years. personally I believe it's finally found it's identity as a true energy producer but still retains a controlling equity in a mining company, which in due course could be significant. My target for the medium term is about 20p, and longer term 35-50p. all purely speculation as nobody knows, but I have a lot of respect for the boss in his ability and negotiating skill and he's by far the best man for the job.

Does that mean SEPCO could take up to a 25% equity investment in KIBO issued share capital. At what price is the big question. Dilution but funding sorted. I'm sure it's pretty good news to have funding to build 3 projects.

I think you will find that the 11th TNBC this year we just explaining why discussions halted last year. Clearly it's moved on since then and a resolution has been reached. Much ado about nothing , the answer from the company will be as usual, refer to the last RNS, which is the correct response in this instance.

discussions that ended in may last year, very misleading article indeed. an only assume discussions have been resolved and everything back on track over the last year. There's no way LC would have stated all on track knowing full well it wasn't.

That's not quite the same. However It makes sense to do it from the PPA backwards, no point in doing all that work and expense to find out the tariffs don't work.

There's no PPA's in place, these 2 articles are written by the same person apparently, nothing is any different to the RNS of the 6th June.
