As cornerstone investors, I rather obviously suggest Tribeca are the ones who will form the next round and baseline for future funding, which I hope will be by way of debt, with interest payments rolled up and pushed back to income stage.

Yes. No surprise. The economic aspect must form part of a feasibility study.

In summary, taking a broad brush, all available indications point to a successful outcome for both parties. And why on earth would either party wish to meddle with their own agreed joint venture.

Oh, and by the way, though I’ve been at pains to point out, I don’t think it likely anybody here has read the full text of the JV, so it’s only a wild guess, probably not so wild, I expect there’s a ‘best endeavours’ clause in the JV, to protect both parties from the sort of malarkey being spouted. Well, I’m hoping it will be debt in some form with repayments pushed back into the income phase, and perhaps later conversion. I see nothing in the recent RNS to indicate a further placing, though one cannot be ruled out.
