I mean, presumably Ggp and Ncm as partners have joint access to the same data, and it would make sense that agreement is reached on release of it. I suppose. Can’t see anything in it for either business partner to mess about, when they both know the score.

The bank commitment letter required equity holdings, which Wyloo and others provided. “The debt funding requires a total equity contribution of £60m as a pre-condition to full draw down. The August 2022 equity raising together with the Wyloo Placement announced today, fully satisfies the equity requirement of the proposed financing.”
And it goes on from there, together with an enhanced board, and with further funding available from Wyloo and Tribeca, to support any future opportunity that may arise.

Yes.I don’t think there is much in it for the company - the important stuff is out there to the wider audience. But he is doing a good job relative to smaller, retail investors.

He’s available after AGM. Fitting one in. A further explanatory/promotional opportunity. Simple as that I expect.

The strike price followed the price at the time he joined. I would expect the options to be repriced, in line with the last joining directors.
