Well, I can’t say ‘probable.’ But NCM made the first step by softening shareholders up, and with a little bit more they can say they squeezed out the deal, then maybe they’ll get it through between them.

Just terminology I expect. He’s been pretty clear that he’ll see what’s required as and when. IPO’s involve new shares, but we covered that now.

Now, from what’s been said Ggp has a couple institutions waiting in the wings, on ASX listing. What that means to pi’s for practical purposes is that the institutions can buy on the market over time and push the price up, or he can allow them in on a fundraise for a particular purpose. The latter seems most likely to me for starters.

Seems from the notes the initial listing could be solely compliance. Get in there.
And this is where he potentially sees Ggp going with that listing.

People talk about a compliance listing, and again I can be put right. My understanding is that relates to whether an equity raise takes place at the time of listing. If that does not occur at that time it is a compliance listing.
Ggp can raise at any time to secure funds, and Australian listing gives greater access to capital.

You see, unlike most on here, I see enhanced value for Havieron and tenements, Ggp, and profit for me under a buyout. The very basic possibility. And anything ‘better’ a bonus, though I don’t like the thought of the financial side that goes with it, albeit said to be accretive in the longer term. But maybe Ggp will come out of this with something accretive and affordable in it’s own terms.

Well, this last lot started with whether Ncm will get sold, and then Mr. Baxter gave his views, which when you read them leave pretty much everything on the table, from Ggp/Hav getting bought out to buying whatever. And Mr. Forrest seeing opportunities.
Now, what we do know is Ggp has taken on yet more management - seems to me more management means more things to manage, or it’s arguably money spent for nothing.
So there’s something there they, those with an interest,may be planning for. But you can’t expect to be told we’ll do this if that happens, or the other if something else, inside information.
Nobody likes what they see as a weak share price, coupled with the possibility of inter corporate events.

I can be corrected, but in fairness to posters I think it may have been Callum Baxter who fuelled the discourse on what, in his view, amounts to a win/win for Greatland Gold.

Nevertheless, for a listed company what matters to pi’s is the share price. It will, in due course for major investors too. And if the price gets well out of kilter with value, someone may well have a look at it.

Trading below NPV happens.

Buyout is still one of the options, especially at what many consider is a low share price. But if management don’t have an insight into Telfer they’re not up to much, are they?
