With inflation improving, it’s possible they’ve bottomed out this part of the economic cycle.

Separation of systems from Travis Perkins I think was due to complete this spring, and being a one-off total, will not repeat. That will be a considerable saving.

I expect nothing better than what may be seen as a relatively indifferent update, as the economy prevails.

In my opinion the company is competitively sound, so it may be down to at least a good, hopefully growing, share of the available market. I expect the financial update may be limited. If they are able to say performance is at least in line with their own expectations, it will satisfy me.

I agree. Not as currently billed. It was said to be ASX listing anyway, with or without a raise. It will facilitate any fund raise if and whenever occurring, with Mr, Day I think previously indicating there is Australian institutional interest on the sidelines.

I suspect Wyloo won’t let itself get diluted.

The listing is fundamentally to access capital, which is debt or new shares. Secondary market is something else.

Ggp can simply list, or issue new shares to fund something, whilst retaining a healthy balance sheet for exploration. If there is a raise, I am guessing it will be to fully fund an advanced mining plan.

Those options appear not to have been exercised.

Whatever else, the author is clearly referencing the 3 in a bed relationship, Greatland/Wyloo/Fortescue.

I add, and have done with it myself, that it took 5 yrs. to decimalise uk, and 10 yrs to bring in the euro.
