Whatever. I think it would make a great deal more sense if Mr. Day wants to get his ASX listing voted through ( it will be anyway ) to do so after all kit and caboodle has been included in RNS, including raise or not, and prior to vote. Then’s the time to do another town hall if he wants.
By the way, I understand he has to tell ASX about any raise he intends to make upon listing. So though there’s different opinion on that, he’s likely pretty well decided on that one.
I mean, what can he say about ASX, applied, under consideration, approved, and will occur on a certain date subject to vote, explained in RNS and raise if there is to be one.
No matter how it’s tagged, this is not a first listing. There will be a form of prospectus to satisfy the Australian listing. Advertising, roadshow might apply if there is a need to drum up support for an equity sale. I doubt he’ll have to go on a sales drive.
I may have missed what connects a Mr. Day UK visit with ASX listing and vote. It’s not necessary, and he has had and continues to have opportunity to speak to any major UK shareholder.
It’s just the Newmont thing don’t you think. They still have a vote to get through, and when they have full control things will push on smartish, appts. to the JV committee etc.
And they can then take time reviewing H/Telfer as part of their portfolio.

I hope that continues. Straightforward before. Dilution, albeit accretive after time, debt not lurking, save what additional might be required to service an enhanced mining plan.

Keep it or sell it on? May take who knows how long before we get clarity on that, Telfer and so on. Mid-2024 earliest? All in the air. But progress to production still being made.
