It’s still an exploration company. It’s exploring.

Havieron needs to be brought into production to support all that. And development of any finds. Incoming cash to better balance the outgoing, over considerable time.

I appreciate ‘they’ haven’t paid for the shares yet, but ‘they’ are going to have to sometime, or just keep paying any borrowing fees.

It’s a bit like discussing ‘shorts’ isn’t it? What is it now, about 1% utilised ( I haven’t checked recently) Which could also be some hedging. Anyway, pretty small beer and here we are 50% up over the month and that ‘short’ figure, dead money, just sitting there, as we hope to make further gains. Doesn’t make much sense to me on what us lot think we know, with an improved MRE on the way.

There’s different ways to structure a deal as you indicate, during negotiations if they arise.

I don’t think the 30% Rule 9 situation has any relevance here. I think I’m right in saying should Wyloo somehow ( with difficulty ) get to 30%, they would have to make an offer at the highest price paid in the last year, whether they wanted to or not, but subject to an agreed with FCA waiver. And if not waived Ggp, by arrangement or otherwise, could always turn them down.

That’s a decision to divest. I think it’s arguably more open to them to indicate support for Havieron ( and Telfer ) officially, before.

But if it goes to taking on more debt whilst paying more capex as a result of a successful bid for some or all of the 70%, then the longer it takes before Ggp does so the better, using Newmont funding and expertise.

I don’t know, but increasingly think Newmont won’t make a decision until FS anyway, by which time revenue from Havieron will be that much closer.

They could, if they wanted 14% of the votes, buy now and still be in the money at 9p average, on the basis of the funding RNS at that time.

Wyloo have their warrants. They can exercise whenever they wish, if they wish.

And on chat boards, I agreed with what was previously said.

I agree chat boards have little leverage on anything, but some get tetchy in the belief they do.

In response to Spade, I have never said otherwise than it will be possible to fund Ggp further at some future stage should that be required as a consequence of changes to accommodate an enhanced operation arising from FS, or from increased ownership of Havieron.

I will not bicker in future, but solely in response to your post. What is it you think I am attempting to sell?
