To me that’s the MRE, which conservatively I take as possibly/probably in view of Mr. Day’s remarks only amounting to a 50% uplift on previous MRE, possibly increasing with further work.

It’s guesses of course, but on the ASX it seems to me it should be post MRE, if earlier. If it’s left until getting on FS time, a prospectus might appear to be short of it and lacking, for prospective investors at large.

Well, I don’t see the point in going too deeply into the intricacies. You refer to majorities for example. It’s an oversimplification in advance of what might transpire, which you don’t know any better from anybody else.

As outcomes go though, I wouldn’t want to lose the relatively short term mining potential which took time to get there, but if Ggp gets sold to get it, well and good. I got a view shareholders may prefer a company sale to a H one.

There are Starvest investors here. I believe it was trading over 100% below market value of shares. Good enough reason to pack it in.

When ‘the broker’ is mentioned, it has to be Starvest’s own broker, to make them available, doesn’t it.?Can’t see that. They have to be sourced to borrow legitimately, and made available for a fee.

Anyway, I give up there.

I mean, they can’t be that daft with their own shares, as a business, not to tie it down, as a condition of appointment. I haven’t looked up who their broker is.

I don’t know, but surely they have their own broker, as I have HL, who administers their shares, buying and selling with direct market access.

Allowing your own broker to lend out your own shares to effectively short yourself would seem an unlikely arrangement.

Where would anyone borrow Starvest particular Ggp shares from? Their own broker?
