Then this information should be shared to all shareholders, not just a select and censored group. It sounds like inside information is being shared to a small group. That’s pretty much the definition of insider trading. EVANS (if it is EVANS) is still bound by the Companies Act and associated market laws and regulations. But we know the company has previously withheld RNS worthy information. I have no reason to believe EVANS has changed. Except, of course, he now wants people on his side to stop formal complaints to Companies House, the FCA, and the SFO / nearest nick to the company’s registered address. He needs to remember a criminal conviction fecks him for life. Disclosable on everything of importance going forward. Just try getting into the US with a conviction under the Companies Act 2006.

The CoViD example is very useful tbf. Just looking at the vaccine development. Normally it takes 10 years start to FDA (or equivalent) to license a new vaccine. CoViD vaccine in a year or so.

There are obvious similarities. We don’t know if the Chinese export ban is a shot across the bows. But in many ways it now doesn’t matter. The EU / free west must now become an independent supplier of its own raw materials.

Will we see a similar change in pace in the development to production here? I don’t know enough about MinEx / mining to estimate the normal times involved. But I think all agree that national governments will want the resources developed by serious players, and as quickly as safely possible. Using the CoViD example, will the big companies collaborate here? This isn’t going to be companies dependent on placings to stay funded. As they say in every good film “5h1t just got serious Boy!”

It’s worth listening to the Stockbox interview again. My take on it is the company will start its 30 new test holes in approximately 1 months time. This data will feed into feasibility and economic studies. It’s possible there may be a bit of a delay till the next RNS. I’m not sure how much data a big miner would need to make an offer here. Not FUD / deramping. Just showing a delay in a RNS doesn’t mean there are problems.

I’m not sure what the lead in time is for a deep mine vs open cast. But I can see pressure coming from Greece / EU / Western allies to get work started here as soon as possible. Greece needs the tax revenue, everyone needs the supply chain security. This is going to be fecking huge. And quicker than most people think. I hope!

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the base metal, precious metal and critical mineral exploration company, announces that options to subscribe for 57,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") were granted on 19 December 2024 to the Directors at an exercise price of 0.32 pence per Ordinary Share, being the double the mid-market closing price on 19 December 2024 of 0.155 plus 0.01 pence, in accordance with the terms of the Directors' service agreements. The options have a term of three years and any unexercised options will expire at midnight on 19 December 2027.

The options granted will result in an increase from 0 to 57,000,000 in the number of outstanding options over Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.45% of the Company's issued share capital.

The options vested immediately upon issue.

I think the audit results will be key in determining how the company fares going forward. LUNN has done the correct and decent thing in issuing the RNS. Hopefully his word will be worth something.

It’s also possible EVANS will demand his shares back. Further diluting the sp. Though it’s not in his financial interest to actively cause harm to the company at present.

That was before the market was updated to show the lies and notification failures of the directors. We don’t know if anything EVANS has said is true.

The market / investors will need to trust the company to even consider 6p a share. That trust is significantly damaged at present. GOK what the audit will find. Bearing in mind this isn’t an audit of the present day finances of the company, it’s certainly taking a lot longer than expected. EVANS and LENIGAS need formal investigation.
