Really not sure why a person who has grossly misled shareholders, failed to RNS relevant information, and failed to submit accounts 3 times in a row is the best fit here. He’ll need to deal with criminal investigation and possible conviction before becoming a CEO again.

5085 that post’s an early Christmas present! I was wondering about the data from samples taken in the 80s. Wondering why that wasn’t enough? The company wouldn’t be undertaking unnecessary sampling now. I wonder if a relatively small number of new samples would confirm all of the previous findings, as well as further mapping out of the area?

I want EVANS and DL nicked. I’ll settle for the one I can submit enough evidence on.

They wouldn’t have to pay shareholders off if a qualifying number of eligible votes are passed at a AGM / EGM. The shares remain in our name, just in a private company with far far fewer rights.
