Discount was the wrong word, my bad. I should have said will the uncertainty keep the price offered closer to the minimum price.

It all depends on what information has been given to potential investors. I’ve seen nothing to clarify the concerns alluded to in LUNN’s RNS. All very vague. People might expect a reasonable discount to buy the uncertainty.

Trying to add something sensible for once…

Once the jigsaw pieces fall into place, the market will be able to take GST seriously. There are thousands of different financial services companies out there. Exchanges, banks, cross border payment platforms. Any one of them could be invested in.

Once the pieces interlock, the sum of the whole will be worth so much more than the sum of the pieces. It will ‘make sense’ once the integration is seen and operational. The BoD has been extremely careful and thoughtful in the organic, and other entity acquisition, growth. The serious ii money will become interested once they see something special is being made here.

Obviously this is blatant ramping! But I think it’s difficult to fault or argue against the long term prospects of the GST group.
