It’s worth remembering the company secretary is now a 3rd party service provider vs a director / member of staff. Everything will take that little bit longer to sort. We’re just another client to both the auditor and the secretarial companies.

I think you’ve got access to stuff on the ii site that i’m not allowed. It’s excellent news if it comes good. Interesting that the annual report is getting published on the 27th, not with the audited results on the 20th? These normally are part of the same document. I’m guessing something significant is happening, with a need for a weeks delay to complete. Fingers firmly crossed!

The first alleged ii document shows results / updates on 20th and 27th of December. That screen grab shows results on the 26th December. Boxing Day. That’s a Bank Holiday to the best of my knowledge.

I can’t find that report on the ii website. Do they normally publish stuff like this on a weekend?

Shareholders have surprisingly few ‘rights’ with regard to being told what the company is doing. The Companies Act 2006 and subsequent amendments specifies what is required. Obviously they must update the market via an RNS when this is necessary. Otherwise it’s the AGM / EGM where the bod can be held to account.

StMartins, this past year has seen the price of lithium carbonate plummet. Supply is up, demand is down. It’s difficult to anticipate when this will reverse, and to what extent. Gallium batteries will need a USP to replace lithium at present. Other new battery chemistry is also being tested.

Bobrad, only those on the inside will know (as fact) what is going to happen. If you know as fact it isn’t relisting, who’s spilt the beans?

This isn’t an FCA matter. This would be handled by the Registrar of Companies at Companies House, Cardiff… just up the road! Failing to file is an absolute offense, but tends to simply get dealt with by fining the company. A blind eye is turned to the Directors. Once a complaint is submitted against the Directors, it has to be investigated.

I don’t want to breed fear. I want this company’s shares trading. But if it goes wrong, I’m going after the Directors. A criminal record would absolutely feck them in the US.
