the idiot decided instead of getting a JV partner with deep pockets that has a proven track record of producing, that he'd decide that PREM don't need a JV partner and that we'd do it all ourselves, because of course we have the funds to do it and havent got a cr.ap track record of NEVER producing anything, and the market has reated exactly as I would expect them too.
