I know the principal of what you're saying applies globally, but I wouldn't put too much focus on NHS. It's a global company, with US sales being more significant than UK.
The big shadow right now is insider selling vs buying over the last year. Especially at lower prices. Could be related to people coming and going in the company.
RE: £16 is a clear and evident target now5 Oct 2021 10:58
I agree without a doubt. I've been steadily buying for over 2 months now, and will continue buying sub £14.
I'm building a long position, 3-6 years. With regular steady dividends and the bargain price its a winner. The growth predictions over the next 3 years are also strong.
I would like to see a larger dividend being payed in the future here to attract more investment.
Investors here are just so fed up with the BOD. Its been poor for over a year, with just the Accustem being 1 example of pure incompetence. Its a year overdue now!

Any idea if there is any work in the pipeline to reduce energy consumption? I'm seeing a move to green energy sources, but surely the future is a combination of that + less net energy needed.
Personally, I think today is the bottom. Have put my money where my mouth is and seriously loaded up.
Now 30% of my overall portfolio.
To me this is a 3 year + hold, but have a personal target of 1750p. If we pass that in the first year I'll set a stop loss of that amount and let it ride.
S&N had a pre-covid high of 2000p before CEO Namal Nawana left, that is a very real 3 year target.
