I'd say every few years Stryker or J&J look at a takeover here.
The main reason it is sat so low is the orthopeadics part of the business has been heavily impacted.
Mainly because this is propped up by elective and sports surgeries.
Elective surgeries are in a major backlog position globally, so as covid improves so will the value here.

My issue and personal lack of faith is that...
1, investor relations are terrible.
2, not delivering on commitments.
