I agree entirely Ssccs, so much so that I bailed out at 0.023p - This may still recover but no time soon, so why keep funds tied up here? My attitude is to wait and see if and when the Cambay drilling starts, what, is anything has happened on the workovers and if there is any money left at that time. It is pointless even worrying/wondering about the Cambay and Medway CCS projects - they are pipedreams and only exist to justify Roland's continuing tenure - he knows that without them he is a dead duck. Indeed even with them he may be...

I will buy a few in September (though unlikely to be the 45 million I once had) if only to be able to attend the AGM and tell Roland and his hangers on what I think of the board and their "contribution" to shareholder value. As I said a few months ago - this is by far and away my worst ever investment; never have I lost so much, so quickly....

Until there is further news on 1) Cash position 2) Q4 drilling 3) Cambay workovers 4) Medway and Cambay CCS 4) I cannot see how anyone can have any confidence in rating this as a BUY of any kind - it is surely nothing more that a shot in the dark? At these levels it is a HOLD at best in view and at least 3 of the 4 outstanding questions need to be answered positively before it could progress to a BUY. Conversely any negative news particularly on Q4 drills and cash position and it immediately drops to a SELL as the likelihood of a Cap raise then raises its head (if such a thing is possible) ....

Market Cap is rarely a reflection of the current position but more reflects an expectation of the future - so no, Galactica in isolation does not support the current sp / mc but the prospective resources at Rukwa, expectations of future income from Rukwa and the relatively near term prospects for the 9 well drill programme certainly does - in my view.

Of course there is the possibility of an RNS at any time but it is the RNS for the ML award that we really need and all of the associated info - and that won't happen whilst Lorna is at a Conference in London. That will happen with a load of razzamatazz at a staged event in Tanzania with the He1 BoD in attendance.

I suggested a week or so ago, if the Tanzanian authorities choose to make a big song and dance about the ML award they would do so at an Industry Conference in Tanzania not in the UK, just as they have done with similar announcements in the past; after all, Rukwa is a Tanzanian asset. It is their news to reveal just as they consider the FS to be....

Agreed EE and, why now? Have they not got enough on their plate? More trials to fund? May have been more sensible to have leveraged the forthcoming trial results for further funding. But without the information you highlight how can anyone know.
