If your logic was sound there would be hundreds of early stage, growth companies, will zero income that had minimal Market Cap, limited opportunity to raise capital from multiple sectors; explorers, AI, Data, Bio sciences, Software and Social media but no. There are hundreds of companies in exactly that position but with huge market caps. Why? Because their Market Cap is not based upon their current commercial position BUT expectations of their future value; expectations of their prospects; expectations of their income earning potential.

But of course that doesn't suit your ill informed, one-eyed, self-interested, scare mongering agenda does it so no-one is at all surprised that you have posted your nonsensical claptrap yet again. Indeed it is all you ever do - repeat and regurgitate the same old discredited, hackneyed tropes.....

Yes ICB but that was when we were still expecting "production" in April 2025, some 9 months or so from the peak sp at 2.05p. Now that prospective production date is still unclear and with the strong possibility that we could still be waiting 12 months or more.

That said I do believe that even with a lengthy wait in the offing, with the AGM not far away and hence, hopefully, some further clarity on the expectations for CH1 NT1 etc there is considerable scope for some sp upside.

Mining rights and operatorship can only be transferred with the explicit consent of the various, relevant Tanzanian authorities in any event, whether the Tanzanian Authorities have a shareholding in them or not; even the transfer of minority shareholdings.

The Tanzanian Authorities do appear to like to make announcements of the ML award at Industry Events but, typically, these are usually staged managed inside Tanzania. So, personally I would attach no significance to this event, until and unless, there has been a similar domestic event prior to such a public discussion in the UK.
