You should know better than to take those figures at face value. Nor, indeed, do they tell you what is going on behind the scenes.

In reality the spread has been approximating 0.90 - 0.95 for a good while now. The 0.85 just giving the MM's some sell side protection - maybe they are expecting some chunky sells? If so it will be much better just to get them out of the way.....

Patience is a virtue they say. And as LTH's of Aex that is one that we have had to learn the hard way....

I will certainly feel a lot better once this sp gets back above 1p....believe it or not it is over 6 months since they were last there and I was buying (quite a lot) at between 1.0 - 1.20 p.

Thankfully I have quite a few more at 0.50 - 0.55 ;0)

These board changes are a reflection of the "de facto" change of control of Ntorya from AEX to APT. Ola Fjeld is a "hands on" technician and will be needed by the Zubairs as they begin the development of Ntorya.

Indicative, to me at least, that the Farm-Out is a done deal and that development work at Ntorya will commence shortly.

So don't fan the flames then Tanzania...! Better to let sleeping dogs lie. ;0)

Unlocking it? NO. Completing it? YES. Starting it would be great and even just having the drill date would help. That always attracts the "rainbow chasers"....

Potentially is correct Robbie but that potential isn't crystalised simply on completion of the Farm-Out. There are a lot more that needs delivering first.

But then BF the farm-out was only ever supposed to be three months away and a prospective CH1 drill only a few months after that; little did we know then how long we would have to wait to even get close to either. Moreover that was when AEX had cash in the bank, high expectations of getting their invoices paid and reasonable short term prospects of KN1 remediation (at least based on BoD assertions regarding "approvals" !). These have long since disappeared.

So just to be very clear the farm out in and of itself does NOT in my view make this share worth 2p (that would give AEX a Market Cap of over £80 million). Only a successful drill programme does that. The COS is high but the timing of that drill another question altogether and how long will we wait until we get a date? Pure guesswork.

I couldn't agree more Sambo. Anything that is reliant on an African Govt for delivery is always highly questionable. I, for one, will always think twice before investing any significant amount of money into another African based company.

My experience with AEX has changed the way I view any such investments. Small amounts and short - medium term only and if you don't get a delivery, get out!

There is , of course, no guarantee that they have stopped selling..... Personally I would not be the slightest bit concerned and, indeed, further selling presents an opportunity for a lower top up price.

Oh forgot to add and with current and even recent Oil prices that "commercial" equation is anything but a certainty. Though for internal, domestic consumption that may not be that material?

I have good reason to believe that AEX will find Oil at CH1. The $64,000 question though, is will be be in "commercial" quantities. With no obvious route to market for Oil at present, that might be questionable and may take a very long time to create.

It will however create a lot of excitement and coverage which cannot be a bad thing for AEX.
