AS you say EE, Funds such as Investec will need to grow or reduce their holdings in the underlying shares as Investors reduce or increase their individual fund holdings. Is this a reflection of Investec's opinions of Scancell or, more likely, the exodus of investors from Investec's / Calculus Capital products.
I note that Calculus Capital are specialists in EIS and VCT Funds so once any end investors have been invested for the requisite time to get tax relief they can withdraw their initial capital. It would be interesting to understand which Funds this 2% withdrawal applies to in order to understand how long the fund or funds have been established. Another thing to say is that EIS and VCT schemes have become increasingly peripheral as a consequence of their reputation as generally being underperforming - though that is not a comment that may apply to Calculus Capital schemes, they could be very good for all I know.
