Hi Sprint, yes I am sure you are correct; I am sure that is what Roland is hoping for but I fear that he is likely to be disappointed. What would "good news" look like? And what would the market need top see to make the slightest bit of difference? How much upside is there? No a lot methinks and how much difference will nay of them make to "central coffers". Each of the drills is, in and of itself, highly unlikely to move the dial significantly and with weeks between each drill even if it does, will any sp spike last? I fear not.

The only think likely to move the dial significantly, in my view, is the announcement of a JV partner for the Cambay CCS project, some GOI moneys and then relevant approvals - but we have already seen how slowly the wheels turn in India on anything Govt related.

Indeed that is correct Tonyship but, unfortunately, as my long term holdings on other Helium plays have proven, no-one is the slightest bit interested until you are within touching distance of monetising the assets under the ground - and that can be both a time consuming and expensive process - expensive not only in pure cost terms but also in terms of dilution and confidence in the BoD.

I have a relatively small holding here (circa £10k) which is a little under water but I fully expect that to grow over coming years. That said I will not be increasing that holding until we have seen some definitive plans about how the BoD expect to develope our assets to benefit shareholders.

And it is the prospect of your second "worse case" scenario that caused me to ditch Beacon ahead of the suspension with a considerable loss. To me the downside risk totally outweighed the short / medium term upside and I was not prepared to hold yet another bottom drawer share. I continue to follow the share and, dependent on the outcome of the Rhein administration process, will look to re-invest if, as I hope Beacon do manage to get their proposal accepted.

They don't need a rig for NT2 workover Rojo and the pipeline should take no more than 3 months (outside of the rainy season). NT2 is all that will be ready to produce gas ahead of pipeline completion in my understanding, so a lack of a rig will not compromise production.

Let's just hope they don't mess up the NT2 workover! 😉

And, yet again (very predictably) an issue and a question that the BoD appear to be evading until the last possible moment, which in itself, will undermine their negotiating position once it becomes unavoidable.

Do I think that they are waiting for the sp / Market Cap to rise before that dilution? I certainly hope so but, frankly, that seems a very unlikely scenario at present. I do not see what that short term sp catalyst is? What exactly are they waiting for? The sp could just as easily be lower in Q1 2025 than it is now....

My first target is similar to Jamboian and BuddhaBob at 90-100p, though will likely keep a sizeable interest even then, as I do think that 200+p is eminently achievable.

My current exposure to SCLP is circa £40k (280,000 shares) at an average of 14.25p.

Agreed Blubay, when you add up the timeline for ML approval, JV and, or Debt Funding negotiations, the evident need to focus on the 5 well drill programme at Galactica I am certainly not expecting any more Operational activity in Rukwa before end Q1 or early Q2 2025 but it must be on the horizon. And that will take funding.
