None individually will really move the sp methinks. Only the CCS projects have the impact to do that but these will not come without funding obligations I suggest....

I wish I thought that was the case gordon - do you really think that a "flow rate target of 2 mmscfd for the first vertical well has been achieved" is likely to move the dial? Honestly 2mmscfd? That is barely a "sigh" in gas terms and for SYN the income is hardly going to fund much in terms of ongoing operations. Indeed they are only carried for the workovers for the Cambay project, so the 3 new wells will presumably require cash input from SYN - will the workover income even cover that obligation?

Well over half of today's (posted) volume now SELLS and yet a good positive 11% rise.

Just two large SELL trades today totaling circa 1m shares and yet still up 11% on the day... very positive. Let's hope we hold that to the close.

We are approaching 2m shares traded today and still with over 2 hours to go to COP. That is, bar 17th September (2.3m), the largest volume day since mid August, shortly before which we reached our years high of 19.5p. Back then 2,5m was a commonplace event and 3.0 -3.5 million was a "big" day.... I can foresee us returning to those volumes and previous highs over coming weeks.

I so wish I was able to attend the AGM on Friday - I hope some of you will send us a comprehensive report back. The presentation will be available to us all, it is the aside conversations with the BoD that I will miss out on the most.

BSR, even if you are correct why worry so much about it? They cannot keep it pegged down for ever.....

Those placing shares will take some churning but it will be complete soon enough.

I wpould agree SOAS but, is that likely to do anything material or significant to the sp? None of the those drills exactly "move the dial" do they? SYN's share of any revenue stream from any one of them is almost trivial (albeit every little helps). Even assuming all of them are a success and offer more in revenue than the highest estimates what will it do the the sp and, just as importantly, when?

Unfortunately I cannot see it off-setting the need for a raise in Q1 next year or shortly thereafter. I juts hope that the sp will offer some off-set.... News of the Cambay or even Medway CCS projects would go a long way to assisting that sp rise, methinks; as long as that news is not an obligation to stump up a significant Operational funding requirement.

It may well keep eroding slightly over the coming weeks before ML approval but it will rise significantly thereafter and subsequent drills will keep the pot boiling until we get a JV and or funding announcement. We have no need of further cash until and unless we decide to re-enter TAI3 or drill a new well and there is little to no point doing that until we can monetise the resultant gas. Hence I do not expect to see a Cap raise until after JV or fund raise and plans are in place to initiate the Production Facility and by the then the sp will be a lot higher than it is today - even if it does fall slightly in between times - so Frankly Roger who cares - no-one here that is already invested that is a fact.

So keep on spouting the same hackneyed, cliched old tropes Roger - no-one is listening, nor cares one iota.

Mind you cannot BUY more than 10m either!

Exactly PTB, cannot get a quote for a SELL at 10m, 20m 30m or 40m - indeed not even for 3m which happens to be the market size!! Some market that is eh?

Warrie, the Govt has been advised that to save the reputation of the LSE and to staunch the flow of Companies out of the LSE and London to other Cap raising locations (NY, Frankfurt, Tokyo and even AUS!) they need to abandon AIM altogether..... Not sure what the LSE's feeling would be on that and it would inevitably raise huge questions and potentially, difficulties for those companies already listed but, in short, I would not be surprised to see something quite "radical" on that front.

I am almost tempted to average down at these levels. The only things stopping me? Firstly I have more than I would like to have: I have already averaged down seemingly, prematurely, three times: I do not see anything that will stop this sliding yet further..... Why would anyone be buying now?

I am not so sure Ssccss - it is a drain on cash if nothing else and may well end up with us having to dilute eventually to avoid the penal increases in interest for late repayment.
