CP, your summary is without a doubt the reality - though personally, I believe that having $7m on the balance sheet in no way offsets the potential value of the BlueStar deal - not least on our future funding options, let alone the transition from explorer to producer, the future income streams and as sp catalyst with the potential drilling of 6 wells in the short / medium term.

Thanks ravyboy a useful article. Though whilst I recognise that the Bluestar deal is not yet a 100% "done deal" I am surprised that an article written (or at least published) on 30th Oct including He1 can fail to recognise or even acknowledge that it offers diversification and short / medium term income possibilities - surely a huge differentiator.

H4H whilst I know why you are anticipating the actions on list below I think it both unlikely and unrealistic to imagine that we will see 6 US drills before the year's end. Oh and I think they are "development" wells not "production" wells - they cannot be guaranteed to "produce" - they are only expected to do so, methinks. Though maybe that is only semantics.

This feels like the death of a thousand cuts... and if not that, certainly insult after injury.

Fast track?! Where is the evidence of any fast tracking? The tender for the pipeline build was originally expected in July, with some reporting from the AGM that the tender was already a done deal!

I have to admit that I am somewhat confused and amazed that something quite so instrumental was not sufficiently clarified nor adequately investigated at the AGM - how was this question not addressed and left with so vague a position? Deliberate obfuscation and ambiguity or uncertainty and ambivalence on the part of the BoD or underprepared or haphazard questioning from the floor?

The AGM was the last time any shareholders are going to be given the opportunity to ask such pivotal and pointed questions for another 12 months and, it would appear, it was an opportunity missed..... so now we sit and wait in ignorance.

Couldn't agree more reaction plus it also diversifies the company into alternative geographies (with advanced He infrastructure) and accelerates He1 timeline to being a producer and not just an explorer. This makes a huge difference when He1 starts to look for forms of funding that avoid additional shareholder dilution.

Agreed gordon and anything CCS related is likely to come with a financing obligation too.

Oh and just to prove my point I have just topped up three small tranches at 0.94p. The pre budget selling won't continue beyond today's COP; whatever the chancellor chooses to do tomorrow.

That nay well be true Zoffy but you also have to look at it in the context of the current investment climate and political sentiment and, when everything is being similarly affected, there isn't necessarily a more suitable alternative. Moreover if and when that investment climate and political sentiment reverses so too will the fortunes of your investment.

To attribute the recent small falls in He1 sp to anything necessarily He1 specific could well be proven to be very short sighted.

I would agree Ssccss but unfortunately the well of shares appears to be bottomless at present - I have been offered up to 30 million at 0.0705p. So totally disinclined to buy anything at present - indeed am 99% sure that the sp be will going nowhere except maybe downwards until the next raise, so will be keeping my powder dry for that time. Hopefully some drilling news will ensure sufficient interest to keep the sp at these levels but without CCS news I cannot see it improving much.

Indeed Broomtree but I would be interested in the content and, more so, any Q&A from the floor..... it might be indicative of the scale of any interest in any of the various projects represented. Also would be interested to see if there were any queries from the floor re Galactica and whether we might find out the current state of play.... Seems odd that a UK quoted Helium player talking about the difficulties associated with getting investment partners in a UK Helium play etc has just purchased (fingers crossed) a 50% Farm-in in a US based Helium project right under the Yank's noses, because Blue Star couldn't fund it themselves! And yes, I know that Blue Star is an AUS quoted company.....
