Berm it would be great to hear their reply.... my understanding is that I may be wrong that there are no options after chemo fails for late-stage triple-negative breast and ovarian cancers...in fact, NICE recently refused to approve one new therapeutic due to the cost to benefit to life..... Lindy has gone for some of the most in dire need of treatments targets

That is more like it Ruck:) and then £80 should be the new £8:).... Although I am optimistically hoping the trial progresses as well as possible with fast and full recruitment it will take a while to get through the safety dosing stage and onto the therapeutic dosing stage ( be nice to see the most up to date exact dosing plans for the trial) then we may work out the likely timescale for when scancell and those closest to the trial if not us get a decent clue as to how potent modi1 is ....So plaenty of hasibos in and out opportunites along the way :)

I'm sure we will hear from Lindy in due course and on first dosing may be the time ... that I think would also be the time we may get some more of that nice mainstream media even possibly TV... then on humanised mouse-like data even global TV and Nobel awards :)

My feeling is though in the past Cliff would have done a proactive on such newsflow we have recently had... probably sink the SP at same time lol... but we have had 3 pieces of important progress news and no proactive or similar interview which I think as CEO Lindy should really be a bit more pushing scancell at this exciting time when there is obviously investor interest and new investors and potential investors to attract... I suppose I feel now would be a great time to tell the story so far and well just to see the excitement on her face! :) again she is probably super busy and it is possibly an indication of we need an RG character that could do such a presentation without Lindy having to cut off from her CSO work.....

I know Ruck I know.... Anyways SCIB1 using Ichor will never be a commercial product iSCIB1 using pharmajet or another delivery very well could.... you are wrong about SCIB2 :

A proven moditope if it gets anywhere near to its humanised mouse data .... or at least shows itself as potent as CI's (10-20% of patients benefiting) would likely become the most valuable platform in all Immuno oncology... Considering Keytrudas market worth is something like $23 billion and that is just one product with target limits where as moditope could produce multiple products covering pretty much all cancer targets... well anyways you get the idea as it is also cheaper to produce and administer and ought to have a far better safety profile too....

To buy out Sierra Oncology for a cool $1.9 billion....Over x2 its current mcap.... Sierra seems to have one target therapeutic in ph3 though haven't really checked it out....

p.s I'm quite surprised we haven't heard from Lindy via a proactive yet... I would have thought we would have considering the recent updates modi1 especially.... no doubts she is super busy with being both CEO and CSO... but still

C11 i'd expect those who previously showed an active interest to join the trial but proved covid positive have now likely been re-recruited .... I'm sure there won't be much difficulty getting the numbers now the protocol has changed

Yeah, I think that may come on dosing patients (which may not be too far off) and might even make TV news.... In meantime, it would be great if Lindy did do a proactive interview ....nice to think today will be like yesterday here but probably not... think we ought to be back to 20p though we were well oversold and many who know the moditope potential will not want to be missing out on that plus Covid vaccine plays might have lost the pi short term interest but that play is still vital covid is going nowhere and better longer-term broader variant protecting immunity vaccines are needed and scancell have one of those in trial right now... plus the MaB/Avidimab play is getting better with the humanising of MaBs and Avidimab already proving safe in trial...... onwards :)

What a weird post lol but like the last time scancell had an exciting rise what I would say is dear traders 10%ers etc my advice is yes trade this but also build a core holding... if you bother to do ten minutes of research you will know why,....

markets could go into the jitters if reports of Rus using chem attacks prove valid.... red lines and all that

I suppose the clue is in the expected time to data readouts.... yes we know scancell and timelines but it really feels as though at least to me that scancell may very well have a decent clue as to whether modi1 is 'working' or not by the end of this year... which really would be remarkable and is quite exciting considering

This company has been featured on SKY news and has been mentioned in and had articles written about it in many of the major newspapers...
I would not expect mainstream media for this announcement, though possible that would probably come with the dosing of patients when we may even get to see some patients being dosed etc...as we have seen with other such potentially cancer treating game-changer therapeutics .

Not many years if Modi 1 melts bulky tumors in days considering moditope has potential to target almost every cancer.....£10 would not last long

I've always wanted partners on everything ASAP preferably before trials because that is how tiny bios do it as it boosts up the mcap and coffers and reduces the risk factor..... Though I think Ray is right here Lindy it is obvious by now does not want low ball IP diluting deals on any of her techs and probably least of all moditope.... the MaBs story shows that and could well be a reason for CH departing (he did have a deal ready to go Lindy said no we can do better) So ... we go into this trial with full IP meaning yes all the risk is scancells but my goodness the rewards could be eyewatering ... guess its a trust in Lindy thing she is confident in her baby's potential .... of course by now going into trial does put pressure on potential sideline suitors to come up with an 'acceptable to Lindy deal' but I tend to think like Ray this will be down to data now and on that, if the data comes in ok to good to great the cards are in scancells hands the offers will come flooding in.

Loch if moditope dissolves bulky tumour loads in days of a therapeutic dose in a significant number of patients.... £1-2 is peanuts, especially considering the rest of the pipeline .... the much-mocked £8 would be smashed in no time.... We are talking about having a platform that can make multiple Keytruda sized blockbusters all IP scancells....

Also, this is a no brainer as in the amount of potentially very positive newsflow that is likely to come here throughout this year with such a broad pipeline as so many advanced and advancing products all in very much needed targets.... the Covid game is far from over and scancell are quietly gaining ground in the race now that trial will be recruiting at a faster pace....MaBs could it be the final MaB waiting to be humanised to trigger the first partnership..... AvidiMab well we already can say it looks to be clinically safe... very much licensing deal ready...A pipeline with the potential to fill a pharma

Also after that quite soon safety data on theraputic dosing scancell could quite soon see if modi1 does as it could..... dissolving bulky tumours within days of a therapeutic dose.... could end up being a very exciting year here indeed considering Covid lockdowns may not be over either and current covid vaxs having a short immunity giving life... unlike the potentially long protection of Covidity.... MaBs humanised with potential partners already looking in AvidiMab in trial.... oh yes... time to sit back... all my sub 12p nibbles looking nice already :))

RR since its discovery and announcement it has been a long and challenging task to get that great novel science out of labs and into a trial but scancell have overcome the hurdles and here we are .... we know there is a lot of interest in this platform you can see from the trial clinicians are very excited but so is the industry they know the potential here as does Lindy... yes taken a risk going it alone into such a trial but this trial is a multi one in one which reduces some risk and on positive data well..... we are talking something massive as big if not bigger potentiall much bigger than Checkpoint inhibitors all IP
