Sure but again it will be data-driven if scancell is indeed seeing for argument's sake mouse data in all targets or in SCIB1 case better than mouse data then the ball is completely in scancells hands I suppose our hope is we get to know this well before the 2 years are up and I think that will be the case we ought to have a good clue possibly this time next yearish or before maybe... on rapid recruitment

Certainly, we have seen very big-money deals done on early data on other companies' products ....I like to think Lindy has a good plan with potential suitors for the way ahead of course it will be data-reliant and at the moment we are still in the waiting game although a lot closer and how great it is the way the trial has been designed to really discover modi 1's potential as fully as possible... let us hope it goes full mouse data right away! :) then things will get unbelievable interesting

Yeah I've not read up too much on it but like all PD1s I expect it to have its limits obviously that it has hit 100% all be it in 14 patients that would have not have had such an outcome without it is remarkable and the kind of media (the vid) is of course of interest too and the kind of thing we could expect on success... I believe it was a $5.1 billion purchase from GSK to secure that PD1 and probably other pipelines from the bought-out company too.. I reckon they will be very happy with that expenditure now.... again how'd you value such products are open to debate but I bet that PD1 now has a far bigger value tag added to it than $5.1 billion.... onwards, lets be having the trial and the data...

A great immunotherapy success story emerging for Dostarlimab in its DMMR Rectal cancer (small but significant) trial done no harm for GSK shares either ... Imagine though if moditope can repeat this and much more it is a whole multi targetting platform and not just one PD1 that Dostarlimab is also worth noting it is a humanised MAB it could well also benefit further when combined with Avidimab... Immunotherapy the onco space to be in... come on modi 1 trial....

I think they are a private company...better to look at pipeline and tech... they don't have anything at a commercial stage yet from what I can see...

Of course, the greatest promotion of scancells trials and products used within would be succesful data coming from them... however though a possibly morally greyish area, I think the bringing to light to those who may well benefit from the knowledge of in this case the opening of the modi 1 trial that they would otherwise possibly have not known about is not a crime so long as it is not done with the pushing of false hope but indeed just awareness and ultimately it would be the patient themself who can judge if that shared knowledge is of value to them or not....

Again likely we get that with patients being dosed and for sure if at therapeutic dosing tumours dissolve!....I'm supposing seeing as first patient dosing is probably not far off that is when we hear from Lindy too... I'm interested in the thought that maybe SCIB1 combo is doing better than our perceived one patient and may well be fully recruited and receiving data.....Anyways all looks good for the remainder of this........ drum roll...... year that is indeed proving to be PIVOTAL lol

I believe a veterinary angle has been mentioned before in the past possibly in question to RG it was always a case of the limited resources meant concentrating on human oncology only though things change as that was also always the case with infectious diseases too and well now we have Covidity.... what it shows is scancells pipeline is broad and has massive potential .... and really success well in any part of it that is now in trials but especially modi1 would mean the company could indeed transform to the extent it could then look towards veterinary therapies too... DNA vaccines are already commercial in that market.....With the exciting trial protocol going up I'm expecting funtimes here in the coming weeks and months... never can say we will never see err 6p again but! I'd be super surprised and more likely to be smashing 20s again welcome to all newbies I'm sure we will be getting quite a few more... again a prime time for Lindy media!

Sounds like Lindy is not underplaying the modi1 trial and why would she!...

Personally, I have always wanted scancell to go the well-trodden path of getting your novel therapies recognised by pharma before clinical trials and then go into trial with big-name deal/s in place....This is not happening here, how much of that is down to Lindy simply not wanting a low ball deal or pharma just not interested is speculative though we know pharma has had a keen interest in moditope from its announcement, project blueprint offered a real glimpse of that. We also know Lindy has a view of the value of her techs.... she turned down a MaB deal because well she knows with further development towards those MaBs being ready for the clinic better deal/s will be done and that development is happening and the pharma are on the scene ...

So where I'm going with this is this is a valuation post lol we have had many a discussion on that topic here I've always said nothing has been valued here so the sp does not reflect the true value of scancell.... moditope could soonish get valuation because there is no way deal/s will not be done on 'dramatic regression of large tumour' becoming a clinical reality, especially considering the targets and the broad cohorts/data of neoadjuvant combination with huge revenue CI's and indeed monotherapy... and Lindy will be able to ask for what she values the tech at and she will get it.... As rats says it could be moditope basically becomes the treatment not that it is needed as an additive to treatment regimes.... pout a price on that!
Then the rest of the pipeline lol... so to me sp and ip have rather a big black hole between them :)

That neoadjuvant trial cohort v interesting ..... means to me that getting to know is modi1 working could happen quickly if those patients are in need of surgery and or chemo reliant on shrinking of tumour load.... then possibly only on modi1 working could their further treatment progress.....I'd expect such clinical results would filter through out into the open fast

I'm not sure we have seen that 'Neoadjuvant' trial setting before? could be wrong on that but that is interesting using modi1 to shrink tumours prior to surgery and or chemo etc...
