Yeah, they are covering themselves there as if we do need to pay fully for both trials then we won't have enough to complete them and extra funds would be required.. but at 5 million for SCIB1 combo least now we can IND and say we have the money KF and co lets do it...it is also why I think they know where the extra funds for modi 1 are coming from already though obviously till the cash is in hand it is not guaranteed...

cheers 007.. we should not factor in the grand challenge 20 million as though winning that would be great funds from that would not be exclusively spent on scancell though part would go towards developing a modi3 and I believe an eventual proof of concept small trial.. so all good but not really affecting our cash position... way I see it is SCIB1 combo the forever elephant is gone that trial is now fully funded... modi1 trial we have enough to get it rolling probably not enough to complete it though which is why I am fairly confident there is something coming as in a deal there that will fully cover that trial...SCIB2 all paid for though we need to spend some on supporting costs which probably won't be much I'm wondering if one piece of soon to arrive news will be about nano delivery for ImmunoBody... are we about to do another partnership for that tech

Yes I get that but I mean by the end of next year we are going to have some conclusive data... yes it will be in small trial cohorts but all late-stage patients and if modi1 works it will be seen fast once therapeutic dosing is begun as we know these will be very sick patients with heavy tumour loads and those tumours will (hopefully) vanish in a significant percentage... Interestingly Genentech prefers doing deals with early-stage techs as they like to be involved with getting them through every step to commercialisation... I think by announcing modi1 trial is all systems go it puts pressure on all those interested parties or of course a deal is already all but done and just waiting on the patent grant.

Actually although of course, all depends on trial data I do think we potentially have a pipeline that could fill a big pharma and it will all be clear now by the end of next year.... we are having 3 trials in at least 5 cancer indications ...2 of them could confirm ImmunoBody as a great partner for keytruda and it's rivals as well as it's non-toxic adjuvant possibilities...and modi 1 ...well if that works even a fifth as well in trial as in mouse models scancell have an industry of a platfornm in it's hands... all going to be know by end of next year...quite remarkable that really!

We have 6.9 million from the placing yet to be seen what we get from OO but if we get the full amount then 2 million minus costs and whatever is already left in bank not saying that might not add up to 11 million or less or more just wondered about it.... Certainly enough to cover SCIB1 combo trial... I doubt we will fully pay for modi 1 trial it really sounds there will be deal/s around it ... anyways the elephants do feel so heavy anymore :)

BioNtech actually have 500 staff...Imagine the size of placing needed to fund that! I did feel market was beginning to wake up to fact both Genentech and BioNtechs chief immunologists were working under scancella... No it would not be a new platform but it would be a new angle of use of moditope which is great and fits with nanas ARM holdings idea... interestingly though it seems from listening to whats been said by RG there could be more collaborations with BioNtech so who knows what they could be!
