See there is a 2-3 year plan and it is very much about getting the trials done we know now 3 are going to happen the money is in at least to get them all started... of course a great deal and even a great deal can happen in between as in a Grand challenge win as in BioNtech tie up on TCR and possibly they may want to work more closely with others in other ways too.. as in what do Genentech do it is not like them to wait on science they like they always like to move in early and are not afraid to get the chequebook out and pay big.

I think Glencross was most disappointed with the raising price when sp was on its way to 20p not so much that scancell had to do a market raising...he is more on the inside than us and gave a tweet answer showing he knew of scancells 2 year plan and that we must build our profile in US which this SCIB1 combo will do as it is with the very best the US have involved.. we must remember a tiny company 22 employees!!.... BioNtech have 500... goodness knows how many our mates Inovio have but I know they have a shiny big offices... we really are a tiny company but goodness are we punching above our weight 3 in 5 cancers trials all potential game changers

Yes...I know many here say lets take a $billion buyout and run but I think with the pipelines we have the potential is to be one of the biggest players in this emerging field we will of course need the right partners along the way...BioNtech fit as do Genentech and maybe others.... 2 years time we get to know is ImmunoBody both the perfect partner for CI especially keytruda plus we will probably get to know can we leave electroporation behind.. and we get to know how potent is modi1 in mono...so yeah with that data and if it was all as good as it could be we would not be short of suitors...plus we may well have a TCR using moditope trial by then too... It does seem to me that LD is building a very strong relationship with professor Sahin... note not just his company BioNtech are involved in the grand challenge but also his company TRON and this conference we are at is very much run by his colleagues and Mainz is their base.

Totally agree and I think we will get some news there soon, I wonder what company we will do a deal with if you look at calculus events PDF and compare the SCIB2 delivered via nano with previous SCIB2 results you will indeed see it seems to make it even more potent...which is remarkable!

I think that was ASCO though not an investor event... I think we should do all events both investor and of course the scientific ones like the one we are at in Mainz.. its those ones where the real action will come from but to build our investor profile does no harm.. if better at it we would not need to do such low sp placings!... anyways many thanks to both botski and timbo who make it to these events and always get decent questions in.

Yes, the truth is as far as our talks with pharma are concerned - we are in the dark....yes we get glimpses we are in constant talks with many... we know we had one deal collapse not on data but on sentiment within the company we were to do the deal with... SCIB1 data has since just gone from strength to strength and surely any final deal on that product must now be worth much more than the original non-deal was...yes names like BioNtech and Genentech have suddenly appeared in our RNS's so we are not under that radar in the way we once feared we were... but what do these pharma want and what are scancell willing to give may well be where we have some issues I like to think the confidence in our techs means our BOD have no hurried desire to do a deal today when we know we can get data that would mean the deals would be far far better....the alternative is no pharma has offered scancell anything... which I find hard to believe considering.

ONW's post made me smile :) we are so familiar with them by now... the raising of the fact scancell have no deal/s is a valid one though as we pretty much all sit thinking why what is it that means our techs are if not overlooked not getting that final signing off on pieces of paper with very impressive figures on them.. it is a puzzle because no pharma do not just do deals on trial data we see pre-clinical mega deals being done all the time! There is a strategy here though very much JC drove with CH being JC's man ... And without doubt, clinical data talks most of all so maybe it is about scancell knowing they will get the data we need and then they can ask the prices and terms they really want...A win on the grand challenge and a BioNtech tie-up should do in the meantime though....plus who knows what else!

There is no stopping scancell 3 trials! a new platform... modi2 being pushed towards clinic... just 2 years ago we had none of this yet a higher AIM value...will Genentech leave us to do a modi1 trial alone or will they 'insist' on being in on it... time will tell but scancell are not waiting :) ...yeah would have been a better presentation if more time were given to questions as not much in there we do not know but for any newbies or potential investors not bad... prefer RG's presentations myself but its more about behind the scenes and if CH can work pharma better (yet to be seen) then that is ok...should be plenty of newslfow none of it commercial till Grand Challenge in Nov which if we win means money for modi3 development and again puts pressure on any interested partners of moditope...Team scancell science all in BioNtechs backyard this week probably not by coincidence.

Like we are about to do a deal... a deal on paying a third party to use a nano-delivery tech on SCIB2 will be interesting that but I think a good step, means ImmunoBody could become a complete off the shelf treatment no special devices needed....and does sound to me we are playing games with pharma on moditope... are we so confident of getting great clinical results on it....seems so seems so...

Strange with Genetech sniffing and knowing they like to get in on techs they believe in as soon as possible as in pre-trials that we are not seemingly going to have a deal on that platform in monotherapy form until it at least it proves itself as safe in trial...of course could all be part of getting maximum value at inflection points or even just game playing with interested parties to get better deals but still... anyways hope to listen to the recording

For us, it needs to be the right deal... LD wants her techs in patients and though obviously, the big money would be good the giving up of any control would be less good it is certainly going to be interesting to see what happens with moditope deals wise as seems that will be our first commercial action...though who knows with scancell it could be first commercial action comes from the newly brought in techs!... what we are seeing though is the huge values attached to immunotherapies and often ones we may well consider lesser than scancells.

The trial could not be put back any further the vaccine is manufactured the trigrid is trial ready etc and those esteemed clinics and clinicians are stood with their white coats on waiting we do not want them to lose interest:) risky game waiting on moditope patent and deal to cover SCIB1 .. anyways all done and dusted now the ball is in potential partners because now scancell are getting on with the trial by themselves plus starting modi1 trial too which much be something of shove for anyone wanting in on it

I wonder if that means modi1 and now modi2 gets deals with companies on a target basis... if so there are a lot of targets covered!

I don't think it is they refuse to die it is just they do not die of the cancers they are given once doses with one moditope injection and even re-introducing cancer does not work...so I'm thinking they get a different final fate
