I've had it confirmed from scancell Ray was right about the main reason for it replacing sarcomas came from project blueprint (remember CRUK gave the project 30k) as well as discussions with scancells 'clinical advisors' . sarcomas though could still make a clinical target reappearance once the trial begins (interesting) ..and that project blueprint still has life in it...elements of it expected to appear in future developments....China still on the radar too... so plenty going on and to be positive about here

Only sellers at a loss have lost money here though many of us are sat on holdings that currently are underwater as it were... The potential rewards remain massive and that scancell really are a poundland BioNtech with so much going on should at least give us comfort that the rewards ought to come here... For me the week here ended well - SCIB1 back in trial - yay! That is great news and means the data will soon be flowing and SCIB1 could (I think it will) prove up ImmunoBody to be the ideal combo partner to PD1's ... I think getting the UK arm going is scancell playing smart and now it is up to the FDA to get a move on or the US could lose out on tech that is beneficial to patients there (I think it will resolve itself and that arm will begin this year) ....modi1 team scancell science want that product to go into the clinic perfect and as we see with SCIB1 a product I'm sure Lindy if she could would replace it with an updated version it is vital to get your lead product as perfect and future proof as possible... so that the timescale has slipped to Q1 2020 (though could still make it this year) is not a biggy better it goes into the clinic being right than almost right....Cliff did not shy away from funding issues in his presentation Q&A we will need funds to complete and no doubt to start modi1 trial and there are many possibilities... Ideally, BioNtech will do a deal with us (research collab set to conclude in June)... that would set us up nicely and is at this stage as much a possibility as any dilutive fundraising ... as ever it is a watch this space :)

Funding.. potential BioNtech deal this year potential modi1 partnership potential other no dilutive income- grants etc potential other deal/s and of course potential market raising :) but does not seem imminent ...I guess we have to sit watch and wait as scancell crack on and they certainly cracking on with a lot of work!!... NASDAQ set to value BioNtech at $8 billion but scancell sat at £20 million ... somethings not right there lol...so I'm buying

Seems CRUK will license the nano delivery tech of SCIB2... though scancell have chosen it hmm

It's not catchy enough for a song.....really though you cannot get more progress than being in the clinic with actual patients being dosed.... so I am sticking with great :) and shame on the FDA!!! ....still plenty of potential newsflow to come from the poundland BioNtech that is scancell...

Exactly which is why I think SCIB1 going back into the clinic after a zillion years is great... about time!...

I expect the main reasoning is they will not trial modi1 until it is a perfect product... it's not easy to get it to that stage as Sally stated at AGM no one has ever made such a product before... it is unique ... I did think Cliff sounded like it really really will be ready by then though... might be something given more clarity tonight

I don't think it is a case they can just now take modi1 off a shelf and trial it... the manufacture and tox testing are currently ongoing as stated in the PDF... there could be other factors involved too and that indeed include funding.... Let's hope we get some feedback from tonight's event from bobust and HK .... I'm certain bob will get in some good questions

It's great to be in the clinic again!... would it be greater if it included to US arm already too... yes! However, it is still great news :) what else is scancell for if not to get its techs into the clinic and benefiting those who have an unmet need?.... there will now be trial updates and data flow to look forwards to... yay!

All these years and late-stage melanoma SCIB1 patients are still alive ... pharma wanting more data (is it a perfect PD1 partner)... well they are going to get it now and soon too!

Nothing too newly revealing...obviously following today's RNS and interview with Cliff we know where we are at with SCIB1 and that the modi1 timeline has shifted into Q1 2020...do agree with C7 Cliff seems very confident of that... nice to see the commercial tilt of the presentation the usual doomers here will call that tin rattling :) one new thing I noticed was :

Doing the right thing in getting the trial started here and not hanging on to FDA decision.... Expecting more progress on all fronts info to come out today..... Great to have scib 1 benefiting patients again
