Did the RNS's affect market sentiment -yes.... is the ability to generate such RNS's a form of power- yes

Oh yes I get many here understand that what vulpes/Diggle are doing by taking profit is fine of course it is... but do we need an RNS every time? and why... to me it opens up possibilities I do not like... last RNS yesterday and buying went straight to negotiated trade when minutes before with sp falling that was not the case... so then we get a nice little rise... it is all like magic but who are the magicians!.....

My fave DM piece so far is the one done by Brendan Wren(Professor of Microbial Pathogenesis at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine)
It is a great accessible piece for all but also shows Lindy's work is being recognised by important people in the field as it were.

Which is also attractive to potential partners... that mRNA vaxs have now been approved I think is important too as as far as I know no DNA ones have been yet? but if mRNA works then I think only boosts that DNA will too(SCIB1 already did).. at least not for human use, in animal use they are... such a novel area Lindy has been pioneering in for last 20 odd years...

Oh BTW.... most already know the trouble with BioNTechs vax is the ridiculous temp it must be stored at ... So SCIB1 survived as a viable vax for 6 or so years...

'What's the major flaw?
The biggest challenge for mRNA vaccines is that RNA molecules are inherently unstable. Whereas the DNA double helix is a stable structure, an RNA molecule will soon fall apart at ambient temperatures — it has low thermal stability.

Conventional vaccines are stored in refrigerators at between +2 and +8ºC (36 to 46ºF) but the two mRNA drugs need to be frozen: Moderna's mRNA-1273 must be kept in a regular freezer at -20°C for six months (or a refrigerator at around 5ºC for 30 days) while Pfizer's BNT162b2 requires an ultra-low temperature (ULT) -70ºC freezer.

If a vaccine isn't kept cold, it won't be effective — or it might not work at all. So it's no surprise that researchers are already developing candidates that can be stored at room temperature (one liquid lasts over a week).

If successful, thermostable mRNA vaccines would overcome the molecule's major flaw.'

Now we know work was done on getting the best nano delivery for SCIB2 and a delivery candidate was chosen and we were led to believe was also licensed... probably by CRUK at the time... And we know in pre clinical that delivery was getting better results than electro delivery did... so... if notts have nailed the new delivery method this is very exciting indeed!

I actually think scancell have got ahead of the curve and managed to play a pr blinder.... how I dunno as we struggled there in the past lol.... they must capitalise on it now though .. But that the US is awakening to the 'universal vaccine' approach is something we need to latch on to... We need to get scancells vaccine and approach heard over there and now is the time.

mRNA is now all the rage for valid reasons... after many years many millions and loads of science it has been developed to work as vaccines ...So whats the difference with using mRNA or DNA?

Lindy chose DNA right at the beginning of developing ImmunoBody ...DNA is more stable... However mRNA being half the size od DNA can more easily get inside the cells it needs to be in... All about delivery-scancell chose electroporation to open up those membranes to get the DNA in... We are / have since moved away from electroporation...
So what I'm getting at is just because mRNA is getting all the attention DNA is still a very valid way to make next gen vaccines now we have moved on from electroporation.

DNA consists of two complementary strands that forms the famous double helix, while RNA is a mostly single-stranded molecule.
