'Today's virtual summit will see Mr Johnson urge Britain's fellow members – the US, Japan, Canada, Germany, France and Italy – to increase funding for Covax.

In addition, he will call on the group to support the 100-day target set by the international Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (Cepi) for developing and approving new vaccines and treatments.

Would be great to get more media not sure we will though I'd like to think what happened last weekend served its purpose and was perfectly timed ... And that it will result in scancell getting recognised as a potential universal vaccine provider and all the support that will require.

A coherent international response to pandemics not just this one but future ones could in fact be the outcome as we live in a global society so we are all impacted by not working together ... At it's core must be vaccines that can be rolled out fast and to all... a huge undertaking but the wheels are in motion....
