When are we expecting to have flow test result from CR-3?

One of the key point of the RNS is that one of the licences expire in August 2026 and to go into the third term a FDP is required. With this level of low activity I very much doubt they be any where close to FDP in that time frame. I think a very likely scenario is that NEO and/or Serica will walk from the JV before the August extension. Both Serica and NEO are 100% focused on acquire producing assets and work on the integration and cost saving from these deals. If NEO and Serica was really keen on the JOG project that would be shown in Serica & NEO presentations and its not.

Where will the stock go if the Guyana takes back the whole licence?

I think this RNS reads very poorly, as an example:

"There continues to be active engagement between the Buchan joint venture partners, particularly around the key strategic engineering decisions and plans for the development. "

This sounds like the engagement from NEO and Serica is pretty low, "continues", if this project was happening NEO and Serica ppl should be all over it now just "continued".

There is no comment from NEO or Serica mgmt in this RNS that its a key priority for them. To me it feels like NEO and Serica put this project on the back burner, they are instead focusing on acquisition strategy of producing assets.

I thought the extension was supposed to be done deal, not it sounds like its far from that. Maybe the Guyana has better option with US oil companies.

Kaeren, I have worked with souring drilling for oil and gas, normal weather disruption is not a force majeure event, the drilling contractor does not take the cost for cold weather interruption.

This comment about looking at balance sheet options is weighting down the positives from the RNS.

CEO confirmed on call just now, no plans to raise equity.
