You have to question some peoples motives for posting on BB's if they don't have any shares in the company...I think it can be 1 of 4 reasons...

1) sold out at a loss...totally ****ed
2) want the share price lower for an entry price
3) paid to bash the stock
4) just an all round good samaritan who is here to save others from making the same mistake they did

its one of those for sure!

I think buyers want clarity on how MOU-4 drill will be funded

Great post Excel - I agree with everything you say. What will be interesting is if they have the funds to drill MOU-4 or alternately fund the drill without the need to raise funds and not give away any of the 75%.

With all financial decisions they should be made with head and not heart, sometimes a combination of them both. TT is very interesting and we could get news on that soon. I guess we still have more news to come from MOU-1 and if they do find commercial gas at MOU-4 then who can guess where the SP will be. one important point always to consider is that PG has 20% skin in the game so it will be very interest how (if he needs to) he funds the drill. I always like the BOD to have shares, and to have parted with some hard earned cash for them! but on the flip side, any decision made around dilution leaves them conflicted.

Anyway - I remain holding, tempted to add further at these levels but i want to have clarity on funding first which might see us at 5p if we fund raise or 15p if we dont!

JH - I completely agree. I think yesterday's RNS said as much as the company is allowed to at the moment given the information available. but it went along way to answering SH questions and doubts about the MOU-1 results. I am far from an expect on this field and happy to listen and learn from the posters on here. I suspect the SP would have risen yesterday had we had clarity on how the MOU-4 drilling will be funded. you never know, perhaps we have the funds to drill it. Please tell me if i am wrong, but MOU-1 drill was funded before the 2 recent placings.

I don't feel we have derampers on this board, I suspect we have people who have sold out for a loss and are disgruntled and miffed and need to let off steam. I think we should all learn from the recent events after the England game, throwing abuse around chat rooms is completely unnecessary. I suspect if we were all sat in the room together, then perhaps people would keep quiet...

this is being painted as at best a set back and at worst a disaster...but actually no one other than PRD know what the drill results mean...and even then they are still studying the results...according to the broker note MOU-1 is not commercial...lets wait to hear that from the horses mouth...but clearly something from the results is telling them to drill MOU-4...hopefully once the results are fully digested we will get an RNS's that might clear up our questions...

for transparency...I am holding a fair few at just under 10p...and the current SP isn't giving me sleepless nights...

Tax credits stay with the entity to which the credits relate too i believe. I guess it depends which part of GB PANR acquired. did they acquire top co or a subsid?

Yes i know the debate about the directors salaries and warrants....but the fundamentals of UOG stand up and with the oil price north of $75 we must be printed cash...results due...so what is taking this down and who is selling? even if you got in at sub 3p surely taking profits here is madness!
