I have absolutely no idea where i go that from but its was very precise both in value and date! corrected calc below which totally explains the fundraise:

Nige - its maths based on what is known publicly, which number do you not agree with in the calc? the starting point from what i can see is what has been reported in RNS's. No one is saying GRH is right, but offer an alternative.

Lets call it £2m to allow for "other" costs - so how much of a fundraise do we need to do to drill MOU-4 and have sufficient cash in the business as WC?

Nige - as i said, no one is expecting £15 a share. But which part of GRH's calculation do you not agree with? the calc is there for you to drive a bus through if you can.

Trifle - I agree its a possibility but then as i have seen with other companies (UOG for example) the RNS explains why the shares have been sold....but given PRD's terrible recent run of poorly worded RNS's perhaps that paragraph was missed!

Does anyone really think that Ron woke up on the 13th July and thought "I think I'll sell 2/3rds of my PRD shares today!"

Of course not...don't you think Ron would have sold on the day of the £1.5m placing last month when the price spiked to 23p had he not have been in a closed period. the period over which Ron sold was the only time all price sensitive information was publicly known and i would think that before selling the NOMAD would have given approval.

PRD is totally fluid and i am sure there are things on all 3 fronts (being TT, Morocco or Ireland) moving daily...Was the placing price sensitive? of course? did Ron know the price of placing? i doubt it? Ron was selling at North of 7p...so if the placing price was at 5p then...that is some discount...IMO the placing was agreed the day before it was announced and 5p agreed.

As for why he has sold...Is he peed off? I doubt it...Does he need the money? I suspect he does...What does he need the money for? its none of anyones business...

All the RNS's are factually correct (IMO). And thats its, "factually correct". they make no assumptions about their findings or state "what ifs" or make any predictions.

Whether you/we/anyone like it or not, the few on here who are able to interpret the "language" used to set out the drill results from MOU-1 have all made sense and i think educated many on this board by way of explaining what the drill results mean and can therefore explain why subsequent decisions have been made and directions chosen.
