Strange movement this movement - opened at 11.7p/12p and down at 10.5p/10.8p. is this a bit of a sell off on no news? a tad short sighted me thinks!

PANR valued at nearly £1b. PRD is comparable in terms of potential and is valued at c£40m.

As i have said before, PRD is the gas equivalent of PANR...which currently has a MC of nearly £1b! with the right PR and news...this could move quickly

Nige - from the last RNS:

"MOU-1 testing is planned for Q2 2022 following the anticipated relaxation of COVID travel restrictions in Morocco. The Company is fully funded to carry out an extended rig-less testing programme."

Now i think this comes down to the definition of "fully funded" - but to me, this reads as they have funds up until at least Q2., which could be as much as 5 months of cash. it might mean they have funds for the rig-less testing and some. But i don't think it is telling us that they have an immediate need for cash and hence a placing at or around 6p. But maybe if the SP gets to 10p, a small placing might be considered. What i don't see is a placing to raise the $12m or so, I suspect this will come from another form of placing. I might be wrong.

But the current cash position doesn't appear to be an immediate problem.

Nige...I expect they will have very little. What is your point?

I am about 0.25p off from being breakeven...bought quite a few in the teens...but a third of my investment at 4.75p. I am not holding as many as most of you...but invested what i could afford to lose (without losing my house!).

As i have said before, the SP moves up fast on expectation and quickly down on perceived bad news....what will it do once we have news that all of us can truly understand without the need to piece it all together?

This is the paragraph...early production during 2022...

"Current industrial users of gas in Morocco may urgently require new gas supplies during the early part of 2022. Potential MOU-1 gas would be offered, subject to partner approval, on a first come first served basis to those wanting exclusivity over a new gas supply. There is no other short-term option for access to a new gas supply in Morocco. The Company would not guarantee minimum delivery volumes from MOU-1, in order to eliminate the commercial risk of non-delivery of gas on any particular day. Delivery risk would be shared with the end user. There is no other alternative at present for end users and the proposed commercial model would encourage end users to enter into a joint venture agreement with the Company to help finance and develop incremental CNG gas resources through drilling and completion of additional production wells. The Company is a proven, competent and low cost operator in Morocco with significant "running room" to expand gas sales based on a CNG development concept and a potential gas structure covering 32 km² connected to the MOU-1 gas discovery."
