I know this is comparing apples and pears but if you look at Kodal Minerals with a potential $100m investment by a Chinese mining company and with a current market cap of around £150m it just highlights where this could end up...

Yes I agree but I thought we were discussing the large trades yesterday afternoon. One was bought in the open market above the ask and the other was a worked trade from earlier. Apologies if that’s not the case. GLA

That’s certainly true with a SETS order book stock but Avacta is a SETSqx market maker stock so you are in fact buying or selling to them not somebody else. There is a difference. GLA

Exactly that MrR! PEEL went aggressive on the bid the moment that 100k buy went through way above the offer. The 150k trade made nobody move, it was already priced in as others have stated. GLA

Nope. That was a 100k share purchase that shifted the MMs instantly. Quite normal. GLA

Trading looks normal to me. Sells between 8.20-8.30 forced the price down, buyers stepping in after that.
I'm top heavy in AVCT now so if everybody could please stop facking selling I'd be most appreciative. GLA
