So the share price drops ca. 10% over 5 days and on 19th June 2023 company releases statement 'no fundraising is imminent'.

Last week we had ca. 25% drop and no comment at all. Clearly something is happening.

I would love it (Kevin Keegan styleee) if the board are as disgusted as I am and have changed their minds again to a non-dilutive option. Just imagine... GLA

I remember saying to you a couple of years ago that if you are day trading or momentum trading its probably best not to come on these boards and throw your successes in people's faces as it just aggravates them. Obviously nobody mentions their losses! At the time you agreed and said you would leave the board alone. However within days you were back doing that very same thing all over again. You either just can't help yourself or have an agenda. Thorn/NDN is a little more transparent but also a little more entertaining, although it's a low bar for sure. Regarding HE1, which is a trader's dream at the moment, what price did you first recommend it as a buy? GLA

Regarding going to NT. On some platforms you’ll always get a quote if trading over NMS which in this case is 100k shares. IG for example will generally always let you buy but you may have to pay more than the quoted spread to do so. Other platforms will just say NT until the MM shifts the price. GLA

I saw ARB mentioned a few times last week and in this case I think the comparison is potentially a valid one and not just rampy noise. For those that don't know, ARB rose from around 10p to circa 330p in 3 months based on mining Bitcoin and the exponential rise of BTC from $10k to $65. I can’t remember the market cap of ARB at the start of the rise but I do remember doubling my money and cleverly cashing out before the huge gains were made! (eye-roll emoji).

Looking at the Helium price chart it rose from a low of $0.75 to around $50 albeit over a 12 month period but from $10 to $50 in around 3 months. Recently it has risen from around $1.50 to $8.50 in 6 weeks and the chart looks set at the moment at $7.63.

My point (after all this waffle) is to illustrate that once HE1 decide upon their next steps and presuming the well is commercial and the finances are all sorted then if the Helium price goes on another crazy run the ARB comparison starts to gain validity imo.

I hate to burst any bubbles but a negative Monday RNS will mean opening around 0.25. The AIM gambler in me has left 25% in but these plays nearly never work out. I would absolutely love it to come good as it will mean so much for some and I will certainly throw it all back in asap! :o)

I think it’s a little difficult not to be emotionally involved in this one given what’s at stake. Not ideal from an investing perspective but if they do pull it off as nearly everybody here hopes it’ll be the one you’ll never ever forget. GLA

Not a fan of any company involved with RiverFort to be honest going from past experiences. The recent presentations look decent enough but why no mention of what has gone wrong or held them up for the last few months? Still looks like a positive period approaching but red flags waving for sure! GLA
