Janus picked up another 4M shares today, what are they up too? You have to wonder if something is going on. Guess we will find out after everyone else in the know.

albus, did you report his post? I see it's been removed. I have to admit it was a bit strong to say the least. Such a Jekyll and Hyde character at times, I experienced both sides as you know.

Anyone brave or stupid enough to trade this today from the 81 low back to 85 now had a good day.

Albus, rest assured I got out yesterday first thing, all by a very small long term holding that frankly I can't be bothered to sell as it’s down over 50% now so figure it might as well stay in place on the long shot something comes out of left field in the future. Thanks for the look out.

It might be worse than that for him, he purchased the shares the end of March when the price was in the mid 120's.

Reads like every other update, normal terms - softer than expected, volume to value and all the other excuses for not performing. Not sure we are going to see much benefit to the price on this.

Well, not exactly great today considering the market was so positive. On the other hand if we do get a bump in the price tomorrow with any luck some might take profits from other shares to jump on the bandwagon. GL to all you holders in the morning.

I think the main aim is to use Full Tilt as the casino hub. Using the Stars name would as you say, be a mistake.

I agree about PokerStars, it’s cult following was due to the way it was run in private hands so the management had not worries about shareholder value and could run promotions as they saw fit whether profitable or not (FTP was a good example, they kept the player numbers up artificially by throwing money at it) now this has come to an end in light of this deal, FTP have dropped dramatically. Not to mention all the issues they are going to encounter in grey markets now, being a listed company will call these more into question. Amaya will extract the maximum revenue from PS going forward at minimum risk and upset players along the way just like we do for sure.

Can’t for the life of me see where these AT sells are coming from at this level. You would have thought that most of them were flushed out last week at 84-85 yet more coming through the day before an update.

We may get some more buying into the close in advance of Monday when I would hope more people will take a punt on the update Tuesday morning.

Too right….It’s the coiled spring effect that WN referred to that’s keeping me in, when we do get some news hopefully off we go in a hurry. Until then it’s squeaky bum time.

Took a punt at 85.7. Hope the US market recovers today and our market will follow in the morning. Fingers crossed.

Very small volume today too which makes the drop worse than it is.

At least most of this drop in market driven and not just us, should pull back when the market does.
