This would have risen 200-300% on this news . Sign of the times that we are 20% below spud price , and have hit multiple layers of oil in line with the geo model . Bonkers really . Quite a poor result today .

I invested at 0.6 about 4 years ago , based on the public statements and what I could get my hands on. Held for 2 years ish slowly building up a picture of the company and its BoD, at which point i concluded that the whole thing was a house of cards . Sold at a small loss . The failure to update the CPR was the smelly one , then the massive issue of shares to two entities that as far as I could see didn't exist was the final nail for me .

I posted before the two possible reasons they will have resigned. Either Frontera are not being transparent with the market or they can no longer be associated with the business due to its activities . I also agree that directors may have been offloading in the background just like GBO.

This company have been stringing you all along for years, point your anger at Zara and SN . if you had listened to me 2 years ago I would have saved you and others a fortune . I was invested here , did a whole load of expensive DD but saw the signs , got out and tried to start a discussion, the rose tinted glasses got the better of you all. Directors can request a share is suspended . They don't have to somehow get their nomad to resign . Board full of delusional people here .

I would go with a combination of number 2 and 3. Publications that covered this story include Accountancy Daily on 25 June 2018.. There are three main reasons why Nomads resign from their position: Profit margins for Nomads have shrunk as the number of AIM IPOs have remained low. The tighter regulatory framework put in place by the London Stock Exchange has also added to the costs of Nomads. This has been intensified by Mifid II regulations, which have added extra complications and costs for Nomads that are part of broader stockbroking groups. The client is unwilling to accept guidance from the Nomad on the company’s responsibilities to AIM or breaches the AIM Rules for Companies. The reputational risk for the Nomad of continuing to act for that business is too great e.g. if the AIM listed company has poor corporate governance.

Giant red flags here for at least 3 years . Remember Craft07 and uniserve? Remember the claims a new CPR would be prepared ? I got suckered in but got out as soon as basic DD failed on some of these claims and deals . It's all over now . Total loss . Hopefully people derisked last week . Been here with OXS and GBO . The company, formerly listed in Singapore, said on Thursday it would operate under a new holding company with trade and hedging facilities of $800m. Under the restructuring deal 20 per cent of shares in the new entity will be owned by shareholders– shares have been issued although this process is subject to the completion of an exchange offer. Seventy per cent will be owned by a senior creditor special purpose vehicle and 10 per cent by its management.

I am all for developing new treatments but this isn't a commercial business . Anyonel with money in here is simply making a donation .

Have you ever been involved in M&A mate>? Anyone interested in the IP of this business would simply slowly buy on the open market, up to 30% - you would see a slight rise (once TR1 declared) - and then from March 18 the 12 month high is about 3.5p - so just buy it outright for that price. Very few shares held in sticky/ BoD or II hands - so basically a piece of cake to slowly build up to 30%.
