The tastes of Solein will be experienced for the first time in Singapore on May 25th, 2023.
Deepverge and Microsaic had a lot invested in China before the lockdowns. It was one of their main customers. There must be a backlog of business news coming from there - surely.
NEWS - Our world-first tasting is a wrap! After receiving approval from the Singapore Food Agency, we invited Classic Fine Foods, Huber's Butchery, Little Farms and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) to taste our cultivated pork sausage.
The tasting took place at Country Foods’ Experiential Centre at The Arts House (Old Parliament House), where together with Love Handle SG, we are building our Future of Food Innovation Centre in downtown Singapore. By hitting this milestone, we are one step closer to launching our meat without harm into the Singaporean market next year.
A special thanks goes out to:
Damian Chan and Hui Yi Lim of EDB
Karen Tay and Jose Luis Del Amo of Classic Fine Foods
Andre Huber and Ryan Huber of Huber's Butchery
Tom Gray, Angharad Onions and Jason Green of Little Farms
Addis Tan and Ken Kuguru of Love Handle
Elaine Koh of Country Foods for using their location
And of course Caroline Wilschut, Dorien Dijkstra, Eelke Kroes

definately something brewing - two deepverge employees today celebrating promotions. Not sure what that proves - but at least two promotions in one day usually means successful business growth.
1. If China had not gone for their zero covid policy things might have been very different for Deepverge and Microsaic. That's not an excuse. CEOs need to factor things like that in and not take such massive financial risks.
2. And getting that terrible loan bolstered shareholder confidence because we thought that growth was going ot be huge to manage the loan.
In the RNS where that woman Crow talked about the amount retained by Nanoco following settlement payment - it seems clear to me that this refers to what will be paid out to shareholders in some kind of special dividend. I can't imagine that she would have been referring to anything else. Of course in the announcement of the final settlement it's perfectly likely that the amount that will be paid out to shareholders will also be made clear - in order to prevent shareholders from selling on the news. Shareholders will want to hang on and get their share of the pie.
