He certainly has history of bribery and now they are spending 17billion in Texas, providing 2,000 jobs. Will this give them any bargaining power in a texas court?
It is a strong incentive to see those who know more than me about a company or produt, spend their own money. It was because Gerrard's wife bought shares here that I did. Similarly it was because Mintz spent millions on supporting Nanoco's legal claim against Samsung that I bought shares there at 10p (now 4x that price) and likely to grow much further.
Money talks - and when a lot of it is spent in support of a company's prospects it is the most persuasive indicator to me, of long term success.
It is my thinking that wherever Deepverge go Microsaic are sure to follow. This gov contract seems right up Microsaic's street and could be a game changer for them. They followed Deepverge to China and began some great things there before the lockdowns made business very difficult. Deepverge are now in the USA and makin waves. Microsaic are sure to follow.
Do we think that Microsaic might get in on the govt research and testing action? That could be transformational for them. It seems once the contacts are made with Deepverge - Microsaic are sure to follow.
I wonder whether there will come a time when there is a justification for the courts to make an example of Samsung. There are almost daily patent settlements showing up on my feed between Samsung and such and such a party, usually cases begun in the texas courts. They must be tired of Samsung's aggressive approach to business and at some point they probably need to throw the book at them so that Samsung will see it's not economically viable to do business this way.
I'm interested to know what people's thoughts are about the possibility of an undisclosed settlement. I suspect they wouldn't attempt to do this as the size of the payment and the resulting impact on share price would be so significant as to make secrecy impossible. It's like those involved in the great train robbery - they weren't supposed to spend any of their ill gotten gains for years but of course they did and got caught because of it.
Are there any shareholder legal rights which prevent non disclosure?
...I had last night there was a reward to Nanoco of 1.3billion at which point I lost internet connection and couldn't see what the SP was as a result. Somebody told me it had gone to £20 a share but I couldn't get online to confirm. I woke up feeling very confused and needed a wee.
It's simply because they can't get hold of the chemicals needed to process the sewage - since brexit they haven't been able to get it in enough quantity - no drivers.

UK biggest customer. It was clearly expecting greater sales in the far east in 2021 which didn't materialise because of lock downs. So long as Covid doesn't keep these countries in lock down then business should pick up properly through the rest of this year. USA a big growing revenue generator.

I was just doing some research on CBD companies and Deepverge came up - CBD products include pain relief creams and wound dressings with anti-inflammatory and pain relief properties. Anyone know about these products?

So much has happened here regarding finance. Where can I find a good summary to date of what their financial situation is?
Not only have we expanded our services and continued to work with some of the biggest names in skin and personal care such as Unilever, but our skin has helped in the fight against COVID-19 and has been used to test the effectiveness of products such as hand sanitiser on protecting against the virus.
