I must be a better investor than I thought - the worst loss I’ve ever had was 100%.....so far. Fingers crossed!
Fair enough, BlackDog.
My top-slice targets are driven less by perceived company milestones, and more by my risk appetite (large!) - in particular what percentage of my total net worth I would be comfortable with in one particular share, however bright its prospects seem.
So I intend to top-slice a slither before we reach £1, and carry on top-slicing as the SP gets significantly higher. Assuming that it does!
Me too, Fred. I have now recovered my SXX losses and then some thanks to ZOE, and hope that you have too. Added bonus, no LaurenLouise here.
I don't think one should count on huge and immediate demand for ZOE shares from funds aiming (note that word "aiming") to track the MSCI Micro Cap Index.
The Index has some 5,765 constituent companies, so I would guess most funds go the route of "partial replication", ie investing in a reasonable number of the constituents, with appropriate geographical and sector balance, rather than trying to buy shares in all of the constituent shares.
I hereby solemnly promise that I have met Hopeless and that I don’t mind him taking the Michael. And that I believe he holds several million shares.
I dare because in my early 70s and with quite a few shares here, £3/share tomorrow morning would do me!
For younger, employed ones maybe a longer time horizon and even bigger gains are more attractive..each to their own....
If I were offered £3/share tomorrow I’d jump at it. Life-changing money for me. Don’t get (too) emotionally attached to any investment!
and informative posts this morning - thanks, folks
Was wondering why I had had such a good night’s sleep. While others were working - thank you and congratulations, Trevor and Antonio! Unbelievable potential....
Hello RH.
In my career I have been used to employment contracts for Directors and Senior Managers, and often also contracts for Consultants, having non- compete clauses - usually in effect for around 12 months from date of leaving, as the consensus seemed to be that much longer (as used to be common) might be judged by the courts to be unreasonable. And also clauses preventing poaching staff and customers of the previous company.
I had read the JV with Nick as a short-term device that would allow him (and Zoe) to earn some profits, rather than a larger severance package depleting our cash reserves.
This launch of Voyager must be making any negotiations with Gasrock for the purchase of our Kansas assets “interesting”!
Not that I’m concerned, but surely there would be non-compete clauses in the relevant employment and consultancy agreements?!
Wasn't sure I'd ever say this, but good on the ECJ!
No problem, RH. I have now reported this particular fabrication and attempt to mislead, anyhow.
Maybe he/she/it will be “rested” for a while....
Back to the real world and business!
Earache, will you please either provide the source for your statement this morning that John Story foreclosed because the company was unable to pay interest due, or withdraw it.
Failing either, I shall report you to Admin for inventing “facts” and attempting to mislead investors.
Next week or two? This is the stock market, not a casino.
Zoe are not reliant on a single distributor, and EG aren’t one of them...though hopefully, following the sale of Schrader Oil, EG will take on Chill in at least some of their c 1700 US c-stores. Maybe that is even part of the Schrader family/EG deal.
“John Story foreclosed”.
Identify your source for that statement or withdraw what to me is a blatant lie and attempt to mislead investors.
Yes, sold to EG Group, prospective buyers of ASDA.

This pattern looks very much like last week’s - daily drops Monday to Thursday, then a strong rise on Friday afternoon
They did say in the Investor Presentation that they expected to conclude a new deal for the oil & gas assets within 2 weeks.
So this leaves a sale presumably direct to Gasrock of the Kansas assets to be concluded.
