Bluerill, before you instruct people to “stop taking” (?!) and assert that the directors bought through the market, try reading the RNS - which clearly states otherwise!

I don’t believe these two 1m shares announcements are a coincidence and I’d bet a part of my holding they did a deal with the option holder to buy his shares following exercise.

The important thing is more skin in the game for the joint CEOs at 39p. Unless they are idiots or masochists, that’s pretty telling as to how they see the prospects...

The 1m shares bought by the co-CEOs are no doubt the 1m issued as a result of the exercise of share options on the same day. So in this case there was no sale through the market, the price was agreed by the parties, and there is no hole being formed....except the chronic potholes in our street

I agree with your remarks, Sparkyo, but am surprised by the fall given notably the purchases of 1m shares at 39p by the joint-CEOs, confirmation that they are rolling out in the USA, all the other goodies in the presentation, and perhaps above all confirmation that they don't expect to need to raise new money - support from was it Ox (I didn't hear that bit too well) plus factoring should avoid any such need. So no dilution on the horizon.

On the back of which I just added a sizable dollop at under 40p - thanks, sellers.

We might see 50-60p today as people take or increase positions ahead of tomorrow’s potentially transformative investor presentation, presumably to be trailled by a 7am RNS.

That is when a lot of holders expect solid news on rollouts in US and Europe etc etc!

At present we do have that £330K debt, and it is due to be repaid on 31 March 2021 with interest...unless the lender chooses to convert it into new shares.

With a conversion price of 6p, and assuming the SP is at present levels or better, I don’t imagine it will take Mr Story long to decide what to do!

In 10 September Proactive interview, they said rollout in some of US would be in 2 weeks to one month.

When that happens, it will for sure IMHO merit an RNS.

Thanks, RH. Yes, it’s an increase from almost nil volume, but still leaves an enormous scope for US investors to take a reasonably proportionate stake - what is needed for that to happen, do you think?

I wouldn’t call that good volume - cf 4.8m today on LSE for a heavily “US” ( in terms of market presence) stock.

I'm more concerned by the very unattractive market spreads on OTC which are pretty off-putting for US investors. What would it take to get those to reasonable levels.

With the strong SP performance over the past month and these recent daily rises, we are going to get publicity and onto a lot more investors’ radar.

But what would it take to get more US investors buying in - it is after all a largely US $ earner with a prospective strong position in the US market?

But the OTC market maker spreads and “pennies” share price don’t exactly encourage...maybe a share consolidation move would help - say 1 for 5.
